I bring together different perspectives using collaborative, relational, and evidence-based approaches to increase self-awareness and promote growth. Together, we will confront those unpleasant aspects of your story and work to improve life satisfaction. I enjoyed meeting with Dr. Williams. The office was warm and inviting. She had a calm energy that put me at ease right away. Even though I felt pretty scatterbrained, Dr. Williams was kind and attentive.
