Medicare and most insurances are accepted. We do not accept any Medicaid as primary insurance. ALL HMO PATIENTS MUST HAVE DR ENI AS PCP/ HIS NPI IS 1629039938. Constance Page is a Board Certified Adult Nurse practitioner. Constance diagnoses and treats various medical conditions with diligence, dedication and compassion. She helps patients with: weight mangement, uti, uri, sti, anxiety, hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes, urgent care , routine preventative, physical, well woman healthcare and (ADD/ADHD). Constance is passionate about collaborating with patients to provide personalized, holistic, comprehensive care. She deploys technology and other resources to expand her knowledge and expertise to avail patients the best quality care. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioner and the North Harris Montgomery Advanced Practice Nurse Society. She will like to be your primary care provider. Booked an appointment for 4:30 pm and when I got there, they were already closed. They tried to say my appointment was for 3:00 but it clearly states 4:30 pm. Not sure why it would let me schedule for 4:30 if no one was going to be there.
