Dr. Thomas exhibited both competent professionalism and a warm, comforting communication style that left my daughter and me at ease and well-informed. His treatment was thorough, we didn't feel rushed and he also didn't waste our time with lots of waiting. I left feeling like I had just visited a friend! Great doctor!
I am a long time patient of Dr. Thomas. He has gone above and beyond in providing medical attention.
appointment was reschedule two times and the morning of my appointment i had to wait 4hours before i was seen because the person who gave me the appointment gave me a 10am but the doctor only see people in the afternoon on this day of the week
I waited an HOUR AND A HALF to be seen. If the office is running behind, call and let patients know so them decide to either come later or reschedule. It's funny that a patient only has a certain amount of time to make the appointment or they will miss it and be charged as a no show. While I think the actual doctor is ok, I think I'll get a second opinion despite the convenience.
Dr. Craig is very personable, patient, and clear in his explanations. He answered all of my questions in laymen's language. I went to him for followup treatment of painful arthritic knees, seeking another cortisone injection or possible knee replacement surgery. He was not quick to recommend surgery, which I liked about him. He explained the procedure and some of the risks. He offered other options and agreed to recommend other physicians to do the surgery if I decided to have it done out of state. I chose his suggestion to try wearing braces to see if that would help, before pursuing the surgical option. I was fitted in the office and went home with the braces that day. He also prescribed medication to take once daily as needed, so I wouldn't have to take several doses per day of ibuprofen. I wore the braces every day as he said and I only had to take the medication a few times. After wearing the braces daily for several months I tried going without them to my daughter's college graduation in June. I have not worn them since and I no longer have the awful pain I went to see him for. I have avoided surgery for the time being and I have the braces available to me when and if I need them. I highly recommend Dr. Craig.
It was very prompt and professional.
Doctor seemed more interested in a quick symptomatic fix rather than regular prevention, which was my entire reason for going (and which I explained to him and his assistants multiple times).
Dr. Craig is very professional as well as personable. He explains all of your health care options and includes you as a decision maker. All of my choices were thoroughly reviewed enabling me to make an informed decision. The front office staff member was professional and efficient. Overall the visit was excellent.
I was very professional from start to finish.
The visit was great. The wait was not long at all. As soon as I was put in the room, Five minutes later they were in the room.
Dr. Thomas is an excellent orthopedic doctor. I am very satisfied with my bilateral hip replacements. The thing I like most about Dr. Thomas, he takes time to talk with me and doesn't rush my appointment.
Very informative. Good doctor.
I did not like the office arrangement. There were several receptionist that didnt greet me. I was just asked who I was coming to see and they handed me off to Dr. Thomas' receptionist who never said a word to me for over thirty minutes. I came to the office with my forms already completed since i was a new patient. The receptionist should be working for all of the doctors and not just for one.
It was very thorough and helpful. I left with less pain and clear instructions to follow
He and his assistant are great, compassionate, friendly and knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend him.
I was not sure what to expect because I did have to wait a while, however, once I met him and his physical assistant they both were extremely nice. Dr. Thomas, asked every question, he explained things so I would understand it, he even got personal and asked about my work and my life. He seemed like he cared. His treatment plan was well thought out and explained. He made me feel like finally a doctor that can help me with my pain. I would definitely recommend Dr. Thomas.
I found Dr. Thomas to be very professional, warm and personable. I would highly recommend.
Dr. Thomas and his assistant were very professional and explained my condition explicitly. It left no doubt in my mind and treated me with a shot of cortisone and a prescription. The assistant has been well trained and was very knowledgable.
I'll be returning for all of my orthopedic needs even though the office wait was very long. It's worth the wait to consult with a physician who is so intelligent and treats his patients with respect for their understanding of their own bodies.
Good. Would have liked more things in writing or a snap shot of what he noticed my problem was. In other words I should have gone in with a pen and paper. This was my first othopedic doctor.
