Patient reviews for Dr. Cynthia Harden
Dr. Harden was super helpful and understanding. She listens really well and responds to you & is very understanding.
She's extremely helpful & sincere during appointment. 100 % professional. Listen's to concerns as if its her owns.
My favorite doctor. She’s wonderful and really makes me feel like she cares about my wellbeing. Highly recommend
She was great. Very knowledgeable, easy to discuss my medical history and problems.
Very informative, Dr. Answered all my questions & concerns.
Thoughtful and kind. Is sympathetic towards patients, and that really shows.
I had to reschedule, not them. They were very professional and immediately rescheduled.
She listened to my problems, and the wait wasn’t long.
2 absolutely extraordinary long wait time. Dr seemed nice, though when I finally saw her
Staff was great. Dr. was very knowledgable & very caring.
She was very sweet and understanding, took enough time to understand my medical history and asked great questions, I definitely recommend her, thanks Dr. Arden.
It's been over a month and a half since they took bloodwork and over a month since they performed an EEG. Dr. Harden still hasn't reviewed my results and I've just been sitting around in a state of anxiety awaiting the results for my symptoms. I will never go back here, especially since they sent me a a very large bill after assuring me it may not run high at all.
Dr. Harden was wonderful. The office staff and wait time was terrible The staff overbooked her so much that I had to wait over 2 hours. Unacceptable!
The doctor is very nice and informative.
She is absolutely amazing!!! =)
I thought my visit was amazing Dr. Harden is very knowledgeable about the brain & cognitive function. She told me what to watch out for. She is very smart.
She's awesome! Super friendly.
Extremely unprofessional and neglectful!
She listens to your cares and concerns
Dr Harden is very knowledgeable. She listen to my concerns and answered all my questions. Great bedside manner! I was able to schedule a neurologist appointment pretty quick and this is rare to find in NYC I saw a neurologist staff physician first and did all my testing this way Dr Harden had all my tests results and was able to help me a lot quicker with my health issues. My health is being well taken care of at 14 street medical arts Highly recommended!
Thorough and professional.
I never leave reviews but I felt so strongly about this I had to . Dr. Harden is extremely unorganized and looks frazzled . She protrudes no confidence and made my minor ailment sound much worse than it actually was. She requested I receive and EMG and then in a follow up appointment mentioned that she wouldn't trust the EMGs conducted by her office. I've never felt more uncertain and upset leaving a doctor's office
the wait was unacceptable, very disorganized
Thank you, very good Doctor
Very nice and makes you feel super comfortable
Dr. Harden is a wonderful and caring doctor. She definitely shows concern for what is in the best interest of her patients. She answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease with her good bedside manners. I will definitely see her again. I feel like seeing a good doctor is half of the recovery process.
She was and understanding. Did not try to rush us out of her office even though she was running behind schedule. She gave us options to choose from. Excellent.
Extremely unprofessional
I saw Dr. Harden a year ago and she was very thorough, patient, knowledgeable and kind. I was very satisfied with the way in which she diagnosed me and offered me treatment.
Dr Harden is excellent I love her shes a put patients first type of doctor. However, the front end staff is "too busy" to get things done efficiently. It a month later after my MRI and still i dont have my test results. The front end staff needs to prioritize their work. I'm going through my own stress, I don't think its fair that the front end staff has poor consideration for patients. Just because they are nice doesn't mean things get done accordingly. I am only at this office because of Dr Harden and the efficient hours, other than than that I wouldn't come to this office.
Dr. Harden herself was great. She was patient and she really was thorough. My ophthalmologist called her with an urgent matter and she called me herself to schedule. If she has any other locations I’d see her there because the 14th street location is horrible. (Has no reflection on the doctor herself.) Dr. Harden sent me for an MRI and a CTA. I needed prior authorization for the CTA and a member of her staff, named Jennifer, told NYU that she didn’t have the time to do it. When I called my insurance I was told they were waiting for a fax from them and that they had started the prior authorization 1 hour before I called. Absolutely ridiculous. As I work for a doctor I know that PA’s need to be done at least 2 days in advance because insurance can take time to approve or deny. Then when I called the office to speak to Jennifer she caught an attitude yelled “oh my god” and slammed down the phone. Another staff member helped me and completed my prior authorization although I still had to reschedule my CTA. I’ve had the results from NYU for a week and still waiting for someone to review the results. But don’t call the office. They don’t answer and their voicemail is full. Again Dr.Harden is fantastic but the staff can drive patients away quick.
Very professional! Was a bit of a process to get the appt...you see an internist first in their office. In my case needed an MRI and EMG which are two separate tests. Overall 2 weeks which is not bad (I had bad lower back pain from disc protrusions) and was gived meds for that by Dr Oweis who saw me first (thry worked great!). Overall I am satisfied with the care. Wait time cab be a bit long however lets be realistic in the getting good care in NYC will always be a wait so come prepared for that!
Only been once ... first visits don’t actually see the neurologist-have to see the physician first then schedule a follow up. Physician I saw was definitely very straight forward and she was hilarious. Helpful staff. Clean offices, clean bathroom.
The front desk staff was wonderful
Felt very unprofessional; after having waited 2 hours for a follow-up, it was quite rude of the doctor to ignore me mid-appointment for her to answer her daughter‘ s text, and then later to take a phone call for her dinner plans after. Also, they didn’t have the test results for my follow-up, therefore making the appointment somewhat pointless and very frustrating. Very kind nurses however.
The office is very clean. There is no wait time. The staff is very friendly and polite. You do all of your forms on an iPad. It’s really cool.
Wonderful!
MD was thorough and reviewed all symptoms.
She was very nice and knowledgable.
It was great.
Good.
