The staff there are very friendly and efficient. I was only there for a physical, so I was surprised when the doc came in to see me! He's very friendly and honest. I would recommend this Doctor
It went well! I was the last appointment of the day, so they were definitely looking to get out of there, but he answered all my questions and offered some helpful info. A bit rushed, but good overall.
Dr. Prokupek and his staff were very friendly and helpful.
Love Dr. P - and Love the office. Everyone was super nice and everyone - especially Dr. P was so knowledgeable. I was looking for a new Primary Physician and I finally found him! Yay! In the last several years I have tried someone new every year and found a few to be distracted and brief, and another who was more interested in padding the bill for the insurance co. than actually checking me out. Dr. P took his time, answered all of my questions and I felt safe and cared for. 15 stars all the way. Thank You Dr. P's office!
Such a great doc. I'm happy and send all my friends here too.
Did not spend a lot of time answering my questions about diet change and restrictions felt unimportant
Super professional and helpful!
Both the doctor and his staff were very personable and professional, and I felt like I was in good hands. Happy to be with a doctor who seemed to care and who seemed interested in finding the root cause of my problems, and spent time listening to me.
Dr. Prokupek is great. His front office, however, is TERRIBLE and the reason I'm switching to another primary care physician. Here's why: Dr. Prokupek prescribed me two medications that require Prior Authorization (PA) from my insurance. In other words, I'm not approved for coverage until the PA is dealt with. But the front desk refuses to deal with PA's. They gave me a sob story about how they "don't have the man power" but they work with a pharmacy that will take care of it for them. The problem is -- the pharmacy is disorganized and uncommunicative. It's been a MONTH since Dr. Prokupek gave me my prescription and I still haven't been able to pick up my medication. So if you want to spend 8+ hours on the phone clearing up the "sorry we don't deal with PA's" nonsense from Dr. Prokupek's front desk, the disorganization of the pharmacy they slough the PA's off to, and all the general miscommunications that result when they deal with your insurance, then by all means -- this is your doctor.
Dr. Prokupek was incredibly condescending. He talked down to me like I was a child. I will never go back to him and would never recommend him to anyone.
Good visit but missed appt time by almost 90 minutes due to patient emergencies -- nothing to do about that though. He was attentive and knowledgeable.
A bit of a wait in a crowded room before the appt., but once the Dr. saw me it was like talking to an old friend who happens to be a doctor. Recommended for sure.
I had a great experience . Very , very happy with my choice. Everybody is very kind espiacially joann
Very intelligent and thoughtful.
It was a short visit, because I just wanted a quick mini-physical. He's a nice guy and was quick to address my needs. Office staff also very nice.
