Dr. Rasor is awesome! He seemed to truly understand my symptoms, and addressed them in a friendly, empathetic manner. Highly recommended!

The clinic was slower than what I expected. 35min wait when I was the only person in the waiting room and 2 weeks for blood work to be received and reviewed. I'm not sure if it was the clinic or labthat they send their clients to, but incorrect billing codes were used so I was overcharged. Luckily my insurance took care of it. The doctor was very thorough with his explanations but it didn't make up for the slow service and billing code mistake

Waited for an hour and a half to be seen with no update as to why it was taking so long. I know the office had just opened, so I gave the benefit of the doubt for that. They also didn'thave any test strips for the reason I came in. They still ran a test swab for something else, said I would hear back in next few days. I was told I had to call to get results because ' it could get lost in the hurry '. +3 weeks later I finally got results after calling multiple times and never being called back. If I hadn't kept calling I would have never gotten results, I am certain of that. Dr. Rastor was perfectly fine himself, the office was just unorganized and generally unpleasant.

I waited for 1.5 hours just to wait another 30 minutes in the doctors room. They were incredibly disorganized, I could not believe how messy everything felt. The waiting room is shabby, low quality furniture, no magazines or reading material(more obvious after waiting for so long), no water cooler. When I went to provide a urine sample, there was already another person's urine waiting in the shelf there! The least you can do is take it out in between people, so its not just sitting there. And who knows how long that was there for because I was the last patient of the day by several hours so it must have just been sitting there. Dr. Rasor's bedside manner is terrible. Very dismissive and rude, and does not give me the impression that he heard anything I said. I was interrupted several times. What kind of doctor does that? His staff was kind and helpful, as well as the nurse practitioner. That was the only redeeming quality. I would not recommend Dr. Rasor to anyone that I care about receiving quality care.

There is no parking so make sure you get there 15 minutes early to park down the street and walk a bit. I wasn't aware of this as a new patient, so I was very rudely reprimanded by the nurse. Theman at the desk was very sweet, and apologized for the unsettling interaction. Thats about all that was nice in this experience. Dr. Rasor was nice enough, he did make some sassy comments about me having not seen a general doctor in a while (I know, and that's why I came to you??). Not going back.

It was ok. I was looking for a permanent primary care doctor for my annual physical and to see about getting started on PrEP. Unfortunately no one in the office knew anything about it and instead I was referred to aninfectious disease specialist. Not an ideal primary care doctor for lgbt

He listened and made me super comfortable. I have white coat syndrome so it was nice to be so relaxed and calm. The front staff was nice as well!
