This was my first appointment with Dr. Nicolo I was seen relatively on time, a 30 minute wait is the normin New York City. I was afraid she would be like most Doctors: huff, puff, rush you in and out. Leave you in the Exam Room for 30+ minutes. Look at you for around 60 seconds. Push useless pills and tests on you, platitudes, talk over your head etc. Not the case! Dr. Nicolo's bedside manner is absolutely outstanding. She listens, she asks you questions. She, not her MA, does your vitals etc. I was there for Cardiology Consultation, she asked thorough questions regarding my family's Cardio history. I did not feel rushed, I did not feel like there was a clock running. It was a pleasant experience. And let's face it, going to the Doctor is not always a pleasant experience.

Dr. Nicolo is a great Cardiologist. She listens, knows you personally, and is thorough in her practice. She gives a wellthought out treatment plan and follows up to make sure you're staying on track. She's also up to speed on new developments in the field and keeps her patients informed as well. I can't recommend her highly enough. Plus... she's an Internist so she knows general health medicine as well.

I walked in to a very clean building. I took the elevator to the second floor and was greeted warmly by the front desk clerk. Check in was completely electronic and my wait time before being called was literally 3 minutes. Azmazing!!! My Doctor was very informative and made me feel that she really cared. She went out of her way to explain things and to ask specific questions about me. Not all doctors do this. It was very refreshing to experience this and I highly recommend her. This was a very good first impression.

Dr. Nicolo was incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable/eased all of my anxiety. She also gave me another referral for a different Dr. for another issue I was having without me even asking. So, so much better than the previous Dr's office I went to. She is kind and understanding and makes you feel comfortable and at ease, giving you all the info you need.
