Patient reviews for Dr. Darryl Cuda
There seems to be some training going on in the office. My appointment was moved up as there was an opening but I still waited over an hour to be seen. But the wait was well worth it as the staff and Dr. Cuda were very welcoming, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. Good solutions were offered and I feel like I have made a really good connection. I like this office and doctor.
Had not been to the office in about 12 years. But revisiting the office again. Not much has changed, other then some new faces. But still the same great values for treating patients. Great office staff. Keep up the great work. And it was great to see Dr. Cuda again. He Still putting the Patient first.
It's my opinion that an appointment doesn't start with the doctor but his office staff. In this case, Dr. Cuda has a winning team! I was immediately put at ease. Check in was quick & was immediately followed by x-rays and Dr. Cuda. He took his time, explained everything to me, & did not immediately jump to surgery. I'm very impressed with this doctor & his office.
Love him and his staff. Very professional, efficient and caring.
Dr Cuda is the consummate professional. He is very good at what he does! I’ve actually seen him twice for an ankle I unfortunately have reinjured over and over again. He has the latest technology so you can have everything done (except surgery) in house. He performed an ankle reconstruction and my recovery was fast. He is the best ankle/foot ortho in town with an excellent reputation. His office staff are always kind and courteous.
Wait told was understandable and was worth the wait
He knows what he's doing and what he's talking about it's a good doctor
Completed all my stuff on zoc doc, was seen really fast. The office was efficient and the staff was friendly. The doctor explained everything
Entire office is ill managed. I sat and waited over an hour without anyone communicating with me. I even asked other patience and they too were waiting beyond their appointment time. The doctor saw me for all of 10 minutes. I literally walked out before the entire exam was completed. Complete waste of my time.
My husband really liked him!!
Has good bedside manner, wait time at the window and to be seen was a bit long.
Dr Cuda was very good at explaining everything and suggested different possible treatments.
Was with the doctor for about. 5 minutes so cant say much. Will have to see when I follow up next visit.
He was very nice..and took time to listen to my problem...I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. ...
Dr Cuda is very professional and knowledgeable. He and his staff are also very efficient and friendly.
Dr. Cuda and his staff are great!
Professional staff and physician. Very personable. Would like a better way to connect than Zocdoc as it seems not to be an accurate instrument and one must still check in with the office. And the answering service does not take messages, but advises you to call back. Otherwise, great!
Very patient and very thorough .
From the front office to the Dr. it was great. I have been with this doctor since 2016 and he is straight shooting, yet personable and caring. He is in and out quickly, but does what needs to be done. His front office registration is OUTSTANDING. She knows her business and is personable. I hope the new young lady picks up on that...smiles go a long way when people are in pain. I will refer and continue with Dr. Cuda! Virginia M
I enjoyed the environment of the office. They appear to have everything there to assist the patient, even a small x-ray machine.
I have needed to be seen by an Ortho doc the day before boarding on a plane and the staff squeezed me in that day otherwise I would have had to reschedule my trip. Suburb professional patient care. I have actually referred friends to Dr Cuda and they too have been pleased with his care.
I was very pleased with everything up until I talked to the dr. He saw me for like 5 minutes and told me go back to my first dr. Even though I told him I didn't want to. I felt like it was a total waste of my time and money.
Dr. Cuda did a great job providing me with information on a new procedure called Tenex. so far it's still kind of early but I do see some improvement and hopefully in in the remaining weeks I'll be able to return back to my normal lifestyle
I was very comfortable with my appointment.
Dr. Cuda right away targeted my fascia plantaris and started my treatment. Highly recommend him, he's a great and knowledgeable doctor.
Staff and Dr Cuda did an excellent job on evaluation and treatment. I would recommend them to highly. Great doctor and staff.
courteous, professional, and very knowlegible
Always very pleased, they are very good at what they do!
I have not doubt that Dr. Cuda is a good surgeon. My problem is that his office is so difficult to communicate with. They do not answer the phone and many times the door is locked during regular hours. Dr. Cuda did not seem familiar with what was going on even though I filled out all of the info online. My husband and daughter had to wait two hours to see him for a five minute visit that was not very helpful.
The doctor was just fine the problem that I have is that I don't respect my time. The doctor was just fine the problem that I have is that I don't respect my time When I have an appointment at 12:30 and show up at 12 I expect to be seen at 12:30 not 130
Dr Cuda is a highly trained, knowledgeable physician who takes took his time and explained everything that was wrong with my knee. Unfortunately, I am a repeat customer but I trusted his judgement the first time (ankle surgery) and was not disappointed the second time. He is kind and compassionate and his office staff are top notch, they are extremely friendly and efficient!!
Great bedside manners by Dr. Cuda. He is to the point, user friendly conversations about technical issues, and keeps his eye on clients even when his staff is completing his directions to ensure follow through in a timely manner. The medical office specialist is seasoned and knows how things work on the paperwork and insurance side. A bright spark for those waiting.
Dr Cuda is a miracle worker. I had a severe injury to my right ankle and thought I would never walk right again. He was able to work wonders with it and got me back on my feet.
Front office staff can make or break a practice. Dr. Cuda's staff is very professional and super courteous! They were great! Initially, Dr. Cuda was a little perplexed with my symptoms, but once we discussed MRI findings, he offered considerations and options of treatment. I hope I don't have to go back, but if I ever have another foot/ankle problem, I certainly will go see him.
From check in to check out, all staff were very attentive and nice. Office atmosphere very uplifting. Dr. thorough and explained things well.
Dr. Cuda had an excellent bedside manner, was very personable and informative. He made you feel at ease and listened to me and what I had to say. One of the best doctors I have ever seen.
Wait time increased due to connectivity issues at the office. Once in, x-rays taken, Q&A done and seen by Dr. Cuda.
Dr. Cuda's staff are all wonderful. I've been under his care for over a year now. Dr. Cuda takes his time with each patient. He's a great listener, and very thorough when describing his diagnosis. His assistant/cast artist, Robert is very knowledgable also.
I LOVE Dr. Cuda. He treated my plantar faciitis 10 years ago. It was GONE! Its been 8 years since I needed him. He's AWESOME!!!
He's the doctor to see when something goes wrong from the ankle down.
Listened well. Took a good look at my films and at me before making a decision as to next steps. Straight to the point and discussed options (risks and benefits). Great bedside manner. Very friendly and responsive.
Perfect Visit! Would recommend Dr. Cuda to everyone
Went very well. If desired result is good, I am very happy.
He was very nice and answered all my questions and explained thoroughly mt condition. I was very happy
The Doctor is very skilled at what he does. I also love everyone in his office. They are all very welcoming and friendly. I would recommend Dr. Cuda and his staff for anyone who has orthopedic needs.
Love this doctor and all of his staff!
Very friendly staff
EXCELLENT Staff and excellent physician!!! I would highly recommend this physician. The wait was worth it because this Dr takes his time with ALL his patients.
He was thorough & explained things so that I understood.
He was great but the wait time was too long and the receptionist was not at the front for long. She was too busy in the back.
