I waited less than 5 minutes to be seen and hardly had to wait at all in between the initial nurse, x-ray tech, PA, and the doctor. The staff were all very friendly and helped explain what was going on in clear and concise ways. Everyone seemed very interested in making sure I get the help I need to heal.
Dr. Thomas did a good job of explaining his diagnostic impressions and the treatment plan. It was unfortunate that it took an hour of waiting for him to do so.
I did have to wait a bit longer for my appointment but I was the last of the day, I booked at the last minute, and it seemed to be unusual for the office. Other than that my appointment was great and Dr. Thomas is fantastic. Everyone in the office was really nice and helpful, and the treatment was effective so I'm healed!
Very clear with his explanations and a good recommendation for treatment plan.
2/7 staff members were professional, friendly, and nice. One of the techs was asking way too many personal questions about my body art and hairstyle which was completely unprofessional and totally not ok to do. No one in a professional environment should be making comments about body status to a client. It was a nice office, quick paperwork processing time, however I was also pretty unsatisfied with the fact that they told me they had called my prescription into Walgreens and never did before the office closed- which left me in another sleepless night of ache. Would have been nice if they had actually done what they said the would do or at least communicated there might be a delay. Other than this- I would probably recommend them to someone due to the fact that they do know what they are doing and can diagnose/treat properly but that's probably the only reason I would recommend them.
Waste of time and money. The doctor was nice, but, despite being knowledge in my injury due to himself having undergone the same injury, he only spoke to me for two minutes to diagnose me, refer me to someone else and then walked out of the room without asking if I had any questions.
Wonderful doctor. Has done other procedures before and had been very good! Would recommend him to everyone!
Great bedside manner. I made an appointment to have a not super excruciating or urgent pain checked out, and barely had any pain on the day of the appointment. I felt a little silly about even being there, but the doctor and assistants made me feel validated and were super helpful.
Dr. Thomas did a great job. I felt a little tossed around in the process of having an admin, nurse practitioner, and radiologist all interact before the doctor entered the room. Having all of those people is great. Just see if you can make the hand offs a little smoother.
I should have taken the time to visit him sooner. I struggled with pain for a few weeks after a sports injury ruptured a fluid sac in my thigh; he cured it with one shot, and it took my pain away within hours. Great experience!
He is a good doc, just dont think I should have to wait that long to see him
Great style, probing, caring, answered all questions, humorous and reassuring.
Doctor was positive and took a proactive approach to dealing with my condition.
The overall visit was productive and thorough. Dr. Thomas knew right away what the issue was and informed me off all of the options beginning with the least invasive. He did not push me toward surgery and appreciated that my athletic commitments would not allow for time off just now. We agreed on a plan of action. I felt a part of the process.
I would definitely reccomend Dr. Thomas. his bedside manner was perfect
After the nurse took x-rays, Dr. Thomas was in shortly. We discussed the pain I've been having in my foot for the past week. He determined it was tendonitis and recommended that I just try to rest my foot as much as possible for a week and it should calm down. I was glad he didn't give me any unnecessary cortisone shots or orthopedics.
Dr. Thomas thoroughly discussed my problem with me and did not rush the consultation. He was interested in getting my back to my active lifestyle, not in trying to tell me to be permanently less active. Overall I couldn't ask for more.
