I would avoid at all costs. Insurance department and office staff are terribly unprofessional and unwilling to lift a finger to help you. Doctor's office forgot to send in a prescription which was needed. Doctor's office refused to send medicalrecords at 4:15 citing 4:30 was the "end of their day at 4:30."

The doctor assistant was unfriendly and rude. The doctor didn't mention that the treatment I was offered would be very painful. 48hrs later still painful. I received almost no aftercare guidance. The doctor on call said he would follow up. That call never happened

He's very thorough. He obviously knows his field. His diagnosis was spot-on. Things proceeded exactly as he said they would. Just not the warmest guy in the workd for so sensitive an area.

Courteous office staff and I was seen right away. This was my first time seeing a specialist of this type and I was nervous and a little embarrassed, but Dr. Chessin immediately put me at ease with his good nature andbedside manner. He thoroughly explained my condition and was honest about my options and his recommendation. For me, he suggested a conservative approach and I never felt he was aggressive with pushing more aggressive treatment before I was ready. He helped me come up with a care plan going forward and I will see him in the future for an additional procedure when it's the right time. Highly recommend. Never thought a visit like this could be as pleasant as it was!

I did quite a bit of internet research before I chose to see Dr Chessin last July, and I know that I made the right choice. I've seen him maybe 6 times since then and he is always the best. Heis super reassuring and positive, knowledgeable and confident. He tends to run on time but will always take the time to answer any questions you have. Absolutely the best!
