I had to wait 30-40 minutes after my actual scheduled time. Thank god for cellphones. Other than that everything was great. Front desk was nice and so was Dr. Chen.

Staff, reception, Xray and nurses, were very courteous and professional. Dr Chen listened to my complaints and addressed every issue I had. We even had a chuckle or two.

Wait in exam room over 30 min. Dr. Chen seemed rushed. I was pleased with my xray results, but I wish we could have discussed why I'm having trouble with stairs, with knees, etc. I think he was with me for approx. 15 min.

I waited for over an hour to see him and I think that had I not gone out of the waiting room and made a comment, it would have been longer. Then the doctor was with me for less than 10 minutes and I didn't feel that I got much out of the visit.

He was very nice and approachable. I received an injection and didn't even feel It. Love that.
