Dr Tapscott was great- she spent a lot of time with me in the examination room. Answered a lot of questions for me. Did not rush things. She was patient, polite and courteous. I'd definitely go back there again.
Honestly she was not very attentive this visit. They still haven't contacted me in response to a complaint I made weeks ago about lack of privacy and very inappropriate treatment from a member of staff. Probably leaving the practice.
Dr Tapscott is very soft spoken dr. she explains every detail and takes the time to learn about you. I like Dr Tapscott because her findings or any topic she explains to you what to do.
Dr. Tapscott is a calm, gentle doctor with an interest in non medication practices. This isn't to say that she wouldn't prescribe a medication if she felt it necessary, however, the clinic is more interested in prevention, which is certainly not a bad thing! They are oddly into doing allergy tests, like, sales pitching it almost. I assured them that I didn't have any allergies and yet I was tested anyway. I was right, but it never hurts to check, I guess. As for office presentation, it's clear that they had recently moved into the space as things were disorganized and out of sorts, however, the necessary and important objects and medical supplies all had a safe home. I'd say they just need to take a few hours to get everything looking up to snuff, because it really does deter people to see files (personal or not, I'm not sure) lying on the floor in a small pile behind the front desk. I'll definitely return as it's surprisingly hard to come by a female doctor who has time to see patients these days, but I do recommend an office trip to Ikea.
She's great! Took her time in explaining everything that was going. She even drew pictures to make sure I understood.
I am an experienced weight trainer with a strict diet and workout regimen and I was looking for a doctor with a focus on fat loss and health. She knows her stuff and while I disagree with her on some aspects of my health, she is a doctor and I am not. She did not hesitatate to give me the "what for" and looked for areas of concern. She is very thorough and professional. She brings a level of insight and care that I would expect from a loved one. If you are looking for a doctor which helps you get better and not merely maintain, you are in good hands with Dr. Tapscott. She is definitely a "prolonged life specialist"
I almost don't want to recommend her so that people don't start crowding her clinic, but she is truly wonderful, takes time with you, listens, never rushed me, talked as much as i wanted to, no computer, just human-human interaction.
Dr. Tapscott seems nice and very helpful. This was my first visit as I am seeking a primary care doctor. She is definitely recommended.
Dr. Tapscott spent a good time with me and asked a lot of questions about my health. She considered my body as a whole..
Dr. Tapscott was very knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend her
Made an appointment and wasnt seen til 45/60 past Dr was more curt than normal, obviously over scheduled.
She is very nice, very professional.
Very thorough and worth the wait. She really cares about your health. Extremely happy to have finally found a great PCP.
Very personable, informative, thorough & knowledgeable ! Took her time to explain all possible diagnoses !
Great person to be with and very understanding
Very satisfied with my appointment. Dr. Tapscott was personable, concerned about my health issue and met my immediate health needs.
Dr.Tapscott seemed very knowledgeable and was helpful, but I had to wait over an hour after the time of my appointment to see her. Our appointment had to be cut short because I had to go back to work, so the overall quality of treatment suffered.
The Doctor, nurses, and staff are super nice and informative! Highly recommend!
Dr. Tapscott and everyone that worked there are extremely nice and professional. I went on a Saturday morning and was there for 2 hours and 45 minutes. I recommend you bring a book or something to keep yourself entertained.
I will preface by saying everyone at the office is extremely friendly. However, I can't say anything else positive about my experience. I would rather the Staff be a bit curt but timely and professional. I've never spent less than two hours at this office, each time my appointment for a simple presciprtion refill (Rx that I've taken for over 10 years). In addition to the extraordinarily long wait times, they sent me a "treatment plan as discussed" that was neither discussed or in any way relevant to me. Unless you have an abundance of time and don't mind a lack of organization, find a difference practice.
I have seen Dr. Tapscott before, which is why I followed her to her new office. She is professional, friendly and thourough. She also uses state of the art technology and discusses nutrition in her practice. Great doctor.
Dr Tapscott was great. She seemed to really care and was not judgmental about anything. Will definitely be going again.
Kind, knowledgeable. I like the approach to a healthier life style, nutrition, allergy testing. Good reccomendations.
I loved that Dr. Tapscott asked an abundance of questions and really listened to my concerns.
