I have to start by saying that Dr. Pate was incredible. She made me feel comfortable and was knowledgeable. She also made sure that if her staff missed something that it was confirmed to be taken care of. Unfortunately, as anew patient, I did not get to see much of her and. I can't say the same for the office itself. I have called 6 times this week and last week to get a referral that Dr. Pate's assistant or PA had written for me. The checkout desk claimed they could not print it so they would email it. Emailing something to me which is important for my life (OBGYN and Mental Health referral) should not take 9 days and hours of my life on hold or calling them multiple times a day. This is unacceptable and I truly hope someone will do the right thing and try to send these to me asap/

Dr. Pate was friendly and made me feel comfortable. She listened to my concerns and suggested logical next steps. I was able to get an x-ray and bloodwork done on the premises immediately after my appointment which was very convenient.

Dr Pate is very warm, listens carefully and asks thoughtful follow up questions. All the procedures are explained and they were helpful in setting up my referral. Highly recommend Dr Pate for anyone looking to find a family physician!

I had scheduled an appointment with Dr. Pate, but was notified by the office (Yaffe Ruden) that she was on vacation, and that due to their system not complying with zoc doc, my appointment wasn’t even made. Regardless, I have seenDr. Pate at Medical Office of Manhattan before and absolutely love her. She is young, sharp, thorough, and takes the time to really answer all patient questions. However, she is so popular, that it takes a month to book an appointment with her. Just wish she was more available.
