Dr.Khasak as a professional is excellent but the waiting time is rediculously long!!! More than 2 hours:(
Very polite addressed all my concerns and removed unwanted moles right away. Will be return, wait time definitely needs to improve.
There were terrible scars after the removal of moles. It took a very long time to wait
The doctor was very rude, and also had to wait a very long time. After the removal of the moles with a scalpel, there were awful scars
Long wait times, but good doctor.
As a MD he knew right away what was ailing you! Doctor and staff very accurate and professional.
He was really nice and he listened to my concerns and explained very well and what was the cause of it the only thing was the wait it was nearly 2 hours but the service was good
literally the longest wait time i have ever experienced. They do have night hours, which is nice, but i went in at 830 and left at 1130.. TOOK FOREVER. Dr Khasak is very thorough, which i really appreciated.
He was very knowledgeable, extremely professional and got right down to the point on everything. no fluff. I thought he was excellent.
The nurses were WONDERFUL but the doctor only saw me for 5 mins, he didn't even say hello or anything when he walked in. I waited for over an hour to see him and it was disappointing visit. They will not be seeing me again.
Doctor's office was fairly busy and bustling (as there were a variety of doctors on duty there) but seemed pretty well-run and functional, and the staff seemed very capable and experienced at their jobs. Dr. Khasak was professional. My visit wasn't very extended but he moved quickly yet was thorough, and because of this, found some skin issues I didn't come in for and didnt even realize I had. Was only my first appointment, so I can't be the most solid critic, but other than the sort of lengthy wait time (which is pretty much 60% of all doctor's offices anyway and so I just go in expecting it and come out unphased), I can't complain from this experience. Recommended.
He gives you a chance and does not judge you..
appointment was changed starting to feel very disappointed with Zoc Doc first the GYN had the wrong location., then the dermatologist changed the appointment.
Doctor seems thorough, but speaks in Russian to the nurses in the room, often laughing. Very unprofessional and rude. Does not inform patient of exactly what he is doing and what patient can expect.
Wait time was over 4 hours.
Dr. is a criminal only wants to do cancer screenings and take off as many biopsies as he can. Leaves permanent scars you have to wait three hours and every time the doctor has an emergency
The wait time was ridiculous. Two people with a 7:45pm appointment for the same doctor. When we were seen, he didn't even introduce himself just asked why we there right away.
appointment was at 7.15 at least 2 hrs waiting i finally left. there was people waiting from 6pm. ridiculous!
Knows what he is doing. worth the wait
Amazing doctor, I recommend him 100%
Wait time in this office is terrible. We have seen how they put in front of us their people.. Beware
He's great - I appreciate his help very much!
Fast and as painless as possible. Looks like he knows exactly what he's doing, unlike my last dermatologist. Would recommend.
Excellent best Dermatologist and trust me i been to alot and I have all sorts of ance treatments creams peels everything and he helped me in just the first visit and the staff is so friendly
I believe the Dr. Is worth the wait. He is thorough and asks all the right questions.
I highly recommend Dr. Khasak I have very bad acne I have been to many dermatologist on the past and spent so much money on chemical peel, all kind of facials regular, whiting, Deep cleaning microdermabrasion and this is the first dermatologist that has answered all my questions in once visit took his time to explain things to me gave me the right medication sent to do follow up visit with blood work everything mad me feel very confratuble that he wil help me very good doctor
The wait time was ridiculous. He was polite and knowledgable, but I did not like the 6 perscriptions I was sent home with.
Very thoro and professional....waiyinh time to long tho
Dr. Khasak arrived 75 minutes late to the appointment - he was stuck in traffic. While in the exam room, he spoke in Russian to his physician assistant, a language they could tell I didn't understand. Even if what they were speaking didn't concern me, it was rude and unprofessional as they dismissed my presence in the room. The front desk is very busy and chaotic - they didn't have the registration forms I completed a week before.
The staff is very nice, but there is ZERO respect for your time, expect WAITING - it is their standard. They got me in after over an hour of waiting only AFTER I requested to leave and get my co-pay money back - Otherwise I would have waited at least one more hour!!
The doctor was rushed and abrupt.
The doctor was okay but the staff were very unprofessional and look like some of them were interns or new to the office. They need to be more friendly and respectful to their new patients.
