While his bedside manner can be slightly gruff, he sure is well versed in his area of expertise. This was only my first visit to his office, but I believe I will receive the correct course of treatment. I fully trustthe doctor who referred me to Dr. Burgio, so I know I am in good hands.

Scheduling an appointment online was easy and appreciated. From the moment I entered Dr. Burgio's office I was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist. Within minutes I was welcomed into the office proper, my vital sings were taken, and I wasassured that Dr. Burgio would be with me in minutes. He was indeed: very pleasant, to the point, quickly zeroed in on the issue. An audiologist gave me a hearing test: could not have been more polite and helpful. With a prescription sent by Dr. Burgio through the internet to my pharmacy, I made a follow-up appointment and left. I have no complaints, just lots of gratitude.

My opinion of Dr Burgio is that he is extremely knowledgeable and keeps on top of things going on in his office. He gave me answers and explained things well and asked me if I had any other questions which Iappreciated. The only negative is that I felt he was slightly rushed. Overall I would highly recommend Dr. Burgio.

The doc was gruff and he seemed annoyed at our presence. His questions were loud. He suggested tests that I wanted more clarification on before performing. I think these were just to cover his practice and avoid a malpractice lawsuit. Thestaff seemed tense and not very freindly. Very few of them smiled. We won't go there again.

He spent the time needed to assure a thorough exam, testing and review of results then was able to make the diagnosis and document a prescription quickly, efficiently and professionally. His office had the prescriptions phoned-in to my pharmacywhich had them waiting for me when I arrived. The ability to self-book appointments on-line was great and the entire process, end-to-end was perfect.

Dr. Burgio seemed knowledgable, but the wait time was far too long. I didn't see him for 40 minutes after my appointment time. This ranking is 3 starts on Zocdoc's scale, but in my opinion it should be a 1. IfI was 40 minutes late to meetings at my job regularly I would be fired. My time is valuable and I left work to come to this appointment. There seems to be a scheduling issue.

The blond receptionist was loud and rude. she bearaded me for being late and insisted 3 times that my appt was at a time 15 min prior to my zoc doc appt, and that I arrived 10 min late..I told hereach that time that my appt was at the appointed ZOC DOC time and she kept saying loudly that I was late. I would have had a verbal confirmation if the office had answered one of the two messages I left to confirm before driving over earlier that morning for an afternoon appt.I pulled up the ZOC DOC site on my cell phone and showed her that it said "your appt is at...( showing that I wasnt lying) she didnt even apologize, and then referred to it as "the ZOC DOC Drama".. as if my waiting to see the Dr. for an hour was my fault. I really wanted to run out of there..Dr, never apologized for the wait either. Not very friendly. If I had a choice I would go somewhere else.

My 6 month old baby has had chronic ear infections since Jan. and was referred to a different Dr. but I saw that his reviews were all low so I decided to look on this website and saw that Dr. Burgiohad great reviews. I took my baby to his appointment today and it was wonderful, Dr. Burgio took the time to listen and informed me of the options I had. He is going to be putting tubes in my 6 month old baby and I am glad that I chose to have him do the procedure. It is hard enough trusting anybody with your baby, let alone putting them under surgery, even if it is for a short per. of time. I'm glad that I found a Dr. that I can trust.
