She was extremely friendly and very personable. She was knowledgeable and I'm excited to continue working with her.
Great experience. I saw Dr Drukman a year or so ago and only thought of her with my new injury. She's a very thorough and knowledgeable physiatrist. Pleasant staff too.
Dr. Dukman is fantastic. She is extremely knowledgable and spends ample time with you, so waiting your turn is no big deal. Everyone in the office is great.
She was very pleasant and easy to talk to. She listened and understood my concerns...
Dr. Drukman is very professional and patient oriented. She's providing the best guidance for the patients to be treated from start to finish. Besides that she's one of the most decent and kind people I've ever met.
I booked a last minute appointment 2 hours ahead of time. There was no real time available, but they were kind enough to give me a spot. I had to wait quite long before seeing Dr Drukman, but she was really attentive, kind and thorough in her explanation and advice.
Lovely doctor - took time to explain and suggest natural alternatives to knee injections. Not sure I needed physio though...
She is very professional and patient. All the staff are also very nice and accommodate. The only issue is waiting time is a bit long, almost one hour.
She is amazing. Professional and sweet. I recommend her 100%
Doctor was really nice, but wait time was pretty absurd.
Caring doctor. I would just NOT make appointments through ZocDoc as they had no record of my appointment when I arrived - and I had received an email confirmation from ZocDoc. You will WAIT at least 15 mins every time you go - even if it is for a repetitive PT appt. I would recommend showing up 15 mins late unless you enjoy wasting your time.
Wait time very short. Dr Drukman very pleasant and took time to thoroughly address all of my concerns.
Once I saw the doctor I very much liked her. Would prefer less wait time
Very nice and knowledgeable. Listened to what I was saying. Great staff. Convenient location - close to grand central. I highly recommend.
Dr. Drukman is very friendly and knowledgeable. Her front office and support staff are also great. Highly recommend this office!
Was a 30 minute wait, but she's so friendly and very helpful.
I had very back lower back pain and her team helped me heal very quickly.
She was incredibly warm and knowledgeable, a listener too which is rare. She is taking care of my injury and I am confident I will heal.
First visits are usually long because of all the paperwork that needs to be filled out. I highly recommend her.
I love this practice. It's amazing that for one co-pay you can see the doctor, chiropractor and physical therapist. They are all so nice and knowledgable. Highly recommend!
Dr. Drukman is an amazing doctor. She is kind and takes the time to listen, which is very rare.
Dr. Drukman is wonderful. Really kind and was able to help me when other doctors haven't been. However, the office is very cramped. There were piles of patient files on top of garbage cans - very unsettling to see.
I recommend this office..Doctor was very pleasant and attentive..x-ray was done very quick and recieved treatment same day ... felt much better after the visit
Dr. Druckman has a pleasant manner. Physical therapists a little bit like a factory. The office decor and PT equipment could use updating.
Even tho the wait was toooo long i felt well taken care of once i got in
The doctor was nice but did not tell me anything I had not heard before, same story as always, do physical therapy (I did three times already) and take some anti-inflammatory pills. I was hoping for a more in-depth assessment and careful physical examination.
Went to Dr. Drukman;s office for the first time today. She was extremely pleasant and patient. She was wiling to listen and present a plan of action for my chief complaint. She's even looking into an issue I've had since high school which other providers never paid more attention too. I hope this proves to be a very successful partnership.
Dr. Drukman was excellent! She carefully evaluated my issues and answered all my questions. She took the time to explain every step during the consultation. She was thorough and expressed a sense of consideration.
She is really knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Drukman was so attentive and very detail in explaining to me what to expect and send me for a X ray right away without delay when I expressed concerns.
I've only seen her once but she was very nice and sweet. We'll see how it goes.
Friendliest doctor in New York I have ever seen!
Lovely doctor, very kind and caring. Other staff very good too.
Courteous and understanding, attentive ,Answered all my questions and looking forward to my Physio treatments with her staff.
I do not think Dr Drukman was particularly helpful (I am sadly an "expert" in my long knee and back history an she only told me pretty obvious things). However, I think the specialists they have (the physical therapist and, most importantly, the chiropractor) were very good.
The grand central physical therapy office is terrible - I booked an appointment with dr drukman and was transferred to a different doctor with no warning; the front office forgot to send my MRI preapproval paperwork to my insurance company for TWO weeks, despite the fact that I called every few days to ask.
Dr. Drukman had an outstanding bedside manner, was highly informative, thorough, and kind. She was patient and listened to all of my questions, concerns, and explanations. This was the most positive experience I have had with a doctor in my memory. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, but a little overwhelmed by the high volume of phone calls due to the apparent high demand for the services offered at this facility.
Facilities are a little on the grubby side, but the staff and Doctor are all friendly and super-helpful. Plus, it's always easy to make an appointment. They have been great throughout recovery.
The doctor was very helpful. Thank You
Gave a thorough exam, did a great job explaining her diagnosis and treatment plan for me. Highly recommend.
Wonderful doctor. Wish I found her a long time ago.
Dr. Drukman is exactly what you wish a doctor to be. She is fabulous!
Good and thorough. Good bedside manner, puts you at ease and explains in detail a possible prognosis and concerns.
A+ service and care.
Patient and reassuring doctor. Knowledgeable and thorough in diagnosis. Highly recommend
Dr. Drukman is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain my injuries, treatment options. She also recommended several at-home and practical changes which helped my knee and ankle injuries heal in addition to PT. Her physical therapy team is excellent!
Excellent physician! Takes time to explain findings and treatment plan. Listens to concerns. Staff is very nice.
Came in with a rolled ankle and she was able to set up an xray appt. and ultrasound asap.
She was very thorough in her analysis of my pain and very nice. However, I wasn't fond of the front desk reception or the wait time, and the waiting area was uncomfortable.
Dr Drukman is an amazing doctor that understood my pain, got to the root of it and gave me some relief just in the first visit! The workers behind the desk doing billing were rude, mean, and laughed at me when I told them I didn't have money because I just made an emergency appt while at work. They also try to charge you the full amount of the first visit "just in case" something doesn't go though on you insurance, and they tell you it is for your deductible. When the insurance goes through they put it toward your deductible or refund it if you have already met your deductible. They were terrible people, but luckily I was in so much pain I couldn't leave and I got to see one of the best doctors I have ever seen- and I've been to many!!!
Made a same day appointment and was seen by the doctor, got X-Rays taken, and even squeezed in some PT. Would recommend to anyone.
She is very professional and efficient. Knows her stuff and came up with an excellent treatment plan.
The Dr seemed kind and knowledgeable.
Very attentive and pleasant. Felt like I was very well taken care of. Explained everything thoroughly and clearly. A very good experience.
I'm extremely impressed with Dr. Drukman, her staff, and her facilities. I was treated quite well, got in quickly, and I was listened to like most docs don't even attempt to listen to patients anymore. I'll definitely be back for the follow-up.
She was very kind, thorough, personable and knowledgeable.
