Dr. Murray was honest about my problem, gave potential alternatives to current treatment and discussed ordering an MRI to truly see where we are and what the best options might be. While he discussed surgery, it was on of many alternatives. You can not ask more of a doctor than to give you the facts so you are knowledgable in the decisions about your treatment and Dr. Murray is exactly that.

Wait was very short to get called and get checked out. New patient so had to fill out some paperwork but the staff was courteous and fast. The doctor was knowledgable and explained things but I thought talked a bit toofast and felt a bit rushed. But all in all I got what I needed, wait was minimal, and checkout was fast.

Dr. Murray states the facts and give you the options for treatment, letting you be a part of the decision making about your best treatment. I had sent a note that I had another doctor's appointment scheduled following this one andit was very important that my appointment was timely. I arrived 30 minutes early and had barely signed in when they called me back. I had seen Dr. Murray, received treatment and way on my way 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. They went out of their way to make things work for me!

He is an expert at diagnosing shoulder issues. He treated my right shoulder and then my left shoulder a year later. He knew exactly what was wrong with each and how best to handle my care in the most cost effectiveway as well as managing my pain and comfort. I absolutely recommend him to my family and friends and will see him again if I have shoulder pain in the future.

Professional, well spoken and diligent with his explanation of my shoulder injury. I was nervous when arriving, but left the appointment comfortable with Dr. Murray's insights into what my road to recovery looks like. Also, the supporting staff from front desk, to x-ray tech was extremely pleasant.
