Awesome I highly recommend this establishment..
Long wait, very crowded
Helpful staff. Through Doctor.
Never again. Dr was not caring and he was hurting my eye. I told him I was in pain and he continued to hurt me. Dr then send his specialist to look at a little bump on my eyelid. Dr. Moore, was young and rude he walked out of the room while I'll was telling him what was going on and then never came back. Dr Moore was not professional and could not even perform any manner of what a specialist would do.
They take a very careful measurement and check up on my eyes. I will come back here next time. They take a good and professional care of patient.
He solved the problem and removed a small piece of plastic lodged in my eye. I'm on the road to recovery thanks to him.
I was a first-time patient with Dr. Bryant, although I'd previously taken my mother to him for her eye concerns. I really like this guy: he explains well, answering all questions; he seems extremely knowledgeable about eye issues; and he's pleasant. What I don't like and can't tolerate is the extreme delay of my "pre-scheduled" appointment. There should be some way, in this age of technological advances, to alert your patient of gross delays. I actually passed Dr. Bryant in the parking lot, but we were going in opposite directions! I asked him where was he going, as my appointment was fifteen minutes from then. He was JUST going to lunch. Therefore, I turned around too. Even getting back twenty minutes from our parking lot encounter, I wasn't seen by him for an additional hour and a half!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! If he can do better with that issue, he'll have me as a devoted patient for my duration.
The team was very professional.
Dr. Bryant was nice and pleasant. Because of the long wait time, I would suggest scheduling an early appointment (get in and get out!). The process for me to get taken to an office, be examined and then pick out eyeglasses took nearly two hours and most of that time was spent waiting to be seen. I will say that there's a tall, young, black man in the office who was really, really great. I actually wished he was the doctor! Good experience overall, but remember to pack a book or a magazine for the wait!
I will not be returning to this practice. It was too crowded and too much noise in the waiting area. The doctor spoke as mumbling and I was unable to understand what he was saying to me.
other than the wait time everything went well. They were very busy today so I was not upset.
It was a very Pleasant experience. The staff was very professional and very nice. The Doctor was very attentive when I voiced my concerns and gave me a very thorough eye exam. He explained what each drop was for as well as took time in giving me my diagnosis. I was very pleased with the whole experience....Thank you...
The doc was nice he listen to what I had to say. Very nice staff
The doctor make me feel very comfortable
Very mellow, yet thorough. I'd come back again and would also refer others to his practice.
I have had two bad experiences with previous eye doctors. His technician was sweet and gentle. Dr. Bryant was at first taken aback when I said 'no' to the refraction of my eyes. After I explained what had happened the other times, he understood, and did not try to coerce me into the drops. He had me re-read the charts, made his assessments, and wrote my prescriptions for distance and reading glasses. I loved his calm and caring demeanor. Hopefully, when it is time for my appointment next year, he will still be there and I will be able to go through the total exam! He's excellent!!
I am very impressed with the efficient and professional manner the staff conducted themselves. They are also friendly and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Bryant appears to be very knowledgeable and competent. His assistant Ralph seems to know his job well and is very personable. The office is outstanding.
My visit with Dr. Bryant was great. The assistant who did my initial exam and took x-rays was very professional and explained each step of the process. Dr. Bryant also explained what he was doing and then gave me a clear explanation of the results of my eye exam. I thought it was very helpful to submit all my forms online before I went for the appointment and also because I was able to schedule my appointment online through ZocDoc.
From my experience with him I got the impression right away that he cares about his patients and determined to solve whatever problem you may be having. He also takes the time to explain things clearly.
I am impressed by the cleanliness of the office and the staff. The doctor is no doubt very experienced and top at his trade. Except the waiting time was a bit long. But perhaps it need to be that way because they had to measure the time elapsed after they gave me medicine.
My experience with Dr. Bryant was quick, painless (aside from a bit of a sting from those eye drops) & efficient not to mention there was Free Parking!
It was overall great, everyone was very nice. There were a few bumps in the road but what doctors office in an area like this doesn't ? I like them. i was in and out pretty quick. and they're equipment is all very up to date it appears..I did have one concern about no paper on one of the chin rests...i wanted to say something but it was pretty busy.
Excellent service provided by Dr Bryant and his assistants/supporting staff.
On the whole it was a very good feeling
