He’s a doctor in the American Health Care system. What do you want me to say? You wait too long, you see way too many NP’s and medtechs, then when you finally see his holiness, you are in there for 5 seconds while he asks you the same questions the nurse asked you 30mins ago. He is a money making robot man with no sense of duty or human compassion. He is a businessman, health care is a business, your eyes are paychecks. A bit disappointed with Zocdoc and the service provider. I filled out all the forms on zocdoc. Spent my valuable time. When I got the the Doctor the secretary was very rude and told me that zocdoc is useless and they do not accept they forks. The secretary said that zocdoc forms make it harder for them and I must fill out their forms. I ended up spending another 20 minutes filling out the forms. This is really disappointed. I had a pleasant visit. Everyone was courteous and professional. The office and equipment was very clean and I was seen almost immediately. The whole visit was about 30-40 min long. They performed all nessesary tests and found the damage in my left eye. They than gave me a recommendation to a specialist needed to fix the problem. I intend to use them again in the future for follow ups and further testing as needed and I would recommend them to you and anybody else that needs to see an opthalmologist. …read more

All office stuff really friendly and professional, the waiting time a little bit longer, then I expected: visit to oftalmologist take a lot of time, because of tests. There are many patients so my waiting time is understandable but the way i was attended to first by the clinician wasvvery professional and then when it was time for Dr. Rubinchik to check me he was very thoroughb & helpful. The wait time before I was seen was very minimal. the woman who took me in first to do the eye exam/dilate the pupils, took her time with me, was very thorough and patient, and answered any questions I had.
