You deserve a provider who helps you feel seen, not judged. I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with 12 years of bedside nursing experience and nearly a decade in psychiatry. I chose this path because I value real connection and whole person care, especially for people who have felt overlooked or ashamed to ask for help. I support adults with depression, anxiety, postpartum depression and anxiety, grief, PTSD, and trauma related stress, in LGBTQ+ affirming care. From day one, you can expect warmth, validation, and a plan built around your goals.
What should a new client know about working with you?
If you are struggling and worried you are the only one who feels this way, you are not alone. I am currently accepting new adult patients, with appointments available within the week. If you want a clinician who listens with empathy, validates your experience, and follows through with you until you feel steadier, I would be honored to support you.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
My approach is holistic and root cause focused, caring for mind, body, and soul. We will set clear goals together and combine evidence based medication management with psychotherapy supports. I provide clear education on medications, alternatives, risks, benefits, and side effects so you can make informed choices and feel confident in each step.
