I set my appointment with a Doctor, but the Doctor was on vacation on my appointment day without informing me. Additionally, the office took a long time to send my prescription over to the pharmacy, resulting in a delay in megetting my medication and a wasted trip to the pharmacy.

I just moved here and so it was stressful trying to figure out who to choose as my doctor. I had made an appointment and was seen right away. The doctor and the nurses were so personable and very kind. Ienjoyed my time here and trust this doctor and office.

Dr. Aigbedion seemed like a great practitioner. However, note that his policy for e-prescriptions is restrictive. I also had a couple of problems with scheduling. First I was scheduled for a specific blood test only to find out when I arrivedthat the person who needed to perform the test would not be in for another hour, I was re-scheduled for later the same day. When I came back that day I had to wait over 30 minutes after the time of my appointment to be seen. If the e-prescription policy changes, I plan to come back!

I've visited Dr. Aigbedian few times and have dealt with his staff in person and on the phone several times. Dr. Aigbedian was a pleasure to have and treated me with respect and dignity. His bedside manner and professionalism impressed meand it is the reason why I'm doing something I rarely do which is to take the time to actually write a review. His staff were all great too following up multiple times with me to see how I was doing and if and when I needed to schedule a follow-up visit.

This is a horrible office. My first visit, the doctor was in a huge rush and didn’t bother to ask if I had any other illness besides what I came for. The second visit(follow up) the nurse started asking me questionsabout my general well-being and turned it to a physical. Later I asked the front desk if my insurance covered the visit, she said yes. (But they charged me because the doc referred me to a specialist, I would have I) brought this up in first visit ii) didn’t need a referral iii) wouldnt have said yes to the physical if I knew about this) I wasn’t fan of the doctor either. He is clearly in a rush. I asked if I needed to take the full dose of steroids he recommended and he said yes as he was dashing out of the door. I only visited him because he had a next-day appointment and I don’t think he is fit for anything else. Verdict: sub-par experience.

My visits with Dr. Eric have been comforting because I am petrified about anything medical - doctors, blood work, referrals to other doctors, ER visits, etc. I am 75 yrs. young and have never had to go through so much untilI reached the age of 70. Dr. Eric is very soft-spoken and a good listener. He is also very patient and willing to change referrals if the first one is not satisfactory. My sister/caregiver accompanies me to my visits and both she and I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of a good General Practitioner or Internal Medicine physician.

Dr. Aigbedion is great. I'm always comfortable with him. He has very good recommendations about patient health and is genuine about seeing his patients get and stay better. I wish one of the front desks receptionist was a bit friendlier, but everyone else is so nice.

I went to Dr. Aigbedion to access some dizziness I was experiencing. I'd already researched information online to better understand the cause. As I was explaining the situation to the doctor he appeared to be writing something on a notepad.I leaned forward to see what he was writing and there was absolutely nothing written on the notepad. Of course, he tried to conceal this fact. Doctors who are just in it for collecting an insurance paycheck should get out of the business. We (customers/patients) seek these professionals for our health needs and solutions. He wanted me to followed up with all these different tests and then send me to a specialist etc. I simply felt he was only concerned with running up the billing tab, which is why I cancelled all follow up appointments and sought another physician who I'm very pleased with. Aside from the visit being a complete waste of time, he was polite, his staff was very nice.

Dr. AIgbedion listens to every concern, and did not make me feel self-conscious for rattling off a list of symptoms that were concerning me. In addition, he took the time to address each concern and educate me on what they couldmean or how to relieve them. I didn't feel rushed for one moment.

I loved Dr. Eric, but the billing department struggled to keep records straight. They often said I owed amounts that I did not and when asked to explain could not, or would not return my phone calls. I will not returnto this Dr. because of that. I felt I could not trust them.

He was swift but professional. He makes a patient feel comfortable and worthy. Bedside manner was great. Will return as I've found my new PCP. The staff was also very helpful, fun, and patient. HINT: if you need forms filled out, note there is a charge ! Hope that helps.

I was extremely disappointed that I had to wait over an hour for a scheduled appointment. My meeting with the doctor was less than ten minutes. And instead of handing me a written prescription they said they would send it directlyto my pharmacist within the next hour. I still do not have my prescription and when I called back they said that they would send it tomorrow. Probably will not be returning to this office.

I have been without a PCP for many many years. My reason for the visit initially was to follow up an ER visit only. I was very impressed with the entire staff. All were professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Aigbedion helped mefeel comfortable. He is geniune. The real deal. A professional. I did not feel rushed. He gave me a very good exam. He ask the right questions. I'm still sick but it makes me feel better mentally knowing the doctor cares about my getting back to being well. I love that the lab is on site. Dr. Eric is a great physician. Super nice and very responsive. Very good staff as well. I needed an ultrasound which I got the next day at a separate location after seeing Dr. Eric. He called me to go over theresults less than an hour after I received the ultrasound. Highly recommend. Thank you.
