Answered the phone in the middle of my appointment
Great doc! My husband and I saw him together and we both felt comfortable with him talking about this not always comfortable topic.
Didn't send important results to me until after my follow-up call, billing.
Super professional, answered all of my questions and was a really nice guy. Highly recommended!
Was looking or an outpatient procedure but this doctor doesn't provide that service. They should have told me when I made the appt rather than booking the appt and charging me for the consult. Other than that the doctor was personable and informative.
I never heard a word from him after my CATscan. Never called me or contacted me to review results or next steps. His bedside manner was professional but very quick/curt, seemed to not want to take a lot of time. :-( Not the warmest. The receptionists and nurses, however, were very kind and the Brooklyn office was lovely/clean.
Dr. Goluboff asked me all the right questions, allowed me to ask questions, and just treated me with care. I am glad to have made an appointment with him.
Dr Goluboff is a very nice person with excellent manner and behavior. It was my first visit and I was very pleased.
Dr. Erik Goluboff, was honest, sensitive and really did seem to care as to one's well-being. He respectfully listened to, what I knew was going to be a very specific detailed account of the varying incidents, and treatment that I had experienced previously. This being my first consultation with him, upon departure, he established for me a confidence that is/was much needed. Also, I might add, this is also my first visit at Mt. Sinai, and the Staff and Nurses were very congenial, and did not extol "that medical factory mentality", which is most common.
About 15 minute wait. My appointment was at 2:15 and was seen around 2:30
Dr. Goluboff is very professional and to the point.
I found Dr Goluboff to be very easy going professional who I can talk about my condition.
My appointment was for 1:pm, I was done by 1:55. This included seeing the doctor, lab work and scheduling new appointment
Very good! Excellent communicator!
Erik Goluboff was very knowledgeable on everything i asked. The office and staff was very responsive. My visit was fast, usually the time of the appointment is never as said, but this time it was exact. Id come again, everytime
He was very pleasant & professional.
Kind, considerate and professional. Would recommend
It was a last minute appointment during the last week of the year, so I was very happy Dr. Goluboff took my appointment. I came in pretty much knowing what my diagnosis was, and I just wanted to treat it, and Dr. Goluboff listened to me while being quick and to the point, which I definitely appreciated.
