While everyone was very nice I do not recommend this office. This place is nothing more than a regular doctors officebut I was charged as an urgent care visit. My appointment time was for 11:30 and there was 1 person in the waiting room yet it still took more than an hour to be seen. The nurse who “triaged” me asked for my medical history. I gave her an exact explanation yet she tried to come up with a million other reasons for a previous surgery. Nope. None of those. Exactly what I said the first time. Here, look at my chart and see for yourself... she googled almost everything I told her pertaining to my family medical history right then and there and all of the nurses were complaining about whatever system was in place to help the doctors know where patients were. They didn’t know what was going on or who was where or if patients were in certain rooms. It was very stressful... when I was finally placed in a room it took the dr more than 30 minutes to come in to see me.
