She was pleasant and knowledgeable. It was my first visit but I will definitely have her as my new obgyn.
Very straight forward in and out but still felt she answered my questions. The front office staff was stellar which is rare nowadays. I definitely recommend Dr. T keep up the good work
Overall great experience. Dr. Smith was very awesome!
Amazing staff and Dr
Dr was very pleasant and patient. She asked a lot of questions and gave great advice. I felt comfortable.
Dr. Taisenchoy-Bent makes you feel very comfortable. She listens and takes the time to get to know her patients. Her staff is very friendly as well.
Always an awesome visit from Dr. Fern. I respect her so much as a doctor and as an individual.
Aside from the long wait time (over an hour) it was a great experience.
It was a pleasant doctors visit. She was very kind, understanding, and concerned about any issues that I discussed with her. The appointment was prompt but not rushed. I would definitely go back to her.
As a new patient I can definitely say I will be keeping Dr. Fern as my primary OBGYN! She was very kind, professional, and took the time to listen to me and give me thorough explanations. I was very pleased with my first visit.
I am so glad that one of my co-workers refers me to her. She was so professional and most of all she was listening to me. Thank you for making my visit so easy
So refreshing to walk into a doctor's office with patient happy competent staff. Dr.Taisenchoy-Bent is not quick to over medicate or rush through your appointment. She listens and treats accordingly. Full labs ordered before diagnosing or assuming. Will return and refer
It was a quick visit in/out once you see the doctor, waiting room was the longest.
I have been going to Dr T for over 12 years and would not go to anybody else. I mean she delivered my last son and I have kept gooing to her for GYN care.Even the office staff has been consistent for the entire time I have gone there. I love the atmosphere and cleanliness of the office
Dr. Taisenchoy delivered my oldest son in 2003 and my youngest son in 2006. When I moved back to Florida after living in another state for four years I went right back to her, never looked for another OB. She's fatastic! Very knowledgeable and cna make you feel at ease. The other OB in the office is excellent as well.
I always have a great experience when I visit Dr. Taisenchoy. Her staff is wonderful and she spends time with her patients.
confusion about address displayed on website was only concern. Staff and Doctor were all wonderful.
I went to my first appointment and it was awful, not only did I wait an hour in the waiting room but then I had to wait another 15-20 minutes in the room before the doctor actually came. Then when she was in the room, she quickly examined me, asked if I had any questions and was out the door in 10 minutes time. Had my wait time been 30 minutes or less, perhaps I would not be as upset but to have to wait for more than an hour for less than 15 minutes of medical attention is ridiculous. Complete waste of 2 hours of my day and a copay!
Dr T is very thorough. Always makes me feel comfortable.
She and her staff was awesome
It is a great facility but every time I've gone a student has been present for the entire Pap smear and last time she preformed the procedure!
love the place,,,,,,nice staff!!!
I went in pretty quickly, had to urinate in a cup and went in the room. The nurse who came in to do my ultrasound couldn't find the baby promptly and was questioning me if I was sure if I was pregnant. What did I pee in a cup for? She asked me "is this something you want to keep?" That was very uncomfortable to me, do I want to keep my baby. A nurse should never say that unless I was signing up for an abortion. The doctor came in and thought I had a full bladder because she was having trouble finding the baby as well. They had to try to pee some more. After I came back the doctor found the baby and said I had an extroverted uterus, that it was tilted back. I asked her was that going to be okay. She literally said "some people are a righty, some people are a lefty." That did not answer my question. Then I went to give blood and that nurse inserted the needle no where near a vein. She continued to move the needle around in my arm until I started to feel pain and became nauseous. She pulled the needle out and handed me the biohazard trash can to throw up in! In the bottom were all the empty pee cups. When I paid my deductible I did not get my receipt. The next day I had to go back to give blood and asked for my receipt. The nurse at the front desk took my email address down and after I said aol she started to write yahoo. She realized it was my name and asked why I didn't just tell her that but then called me a different name. The doctor also told me to come back in a week to measure the baby. While I was in the room she was explaining to the nurse how to measure babies on the ultrasound machine. Clearly she never did it before. So I canceled the follow up appointment. When I try to call the office I get the option to push 1 to talk to the doctor about emergencies or leave a voicemail because the nurses are too busy to answer.
She was Great and Understanding!

Very professional staff, and service. I am pleased with my visit.
Great! Dr. TaiSenChoy-Bent is very knowledgeable and broke everything down to me in a way that me and my husband could understand. The other women in the office were friendly and pleasant as well.
The staff was great. Dr. Taisen seemed like she really cared and I didnt feel like I was just a number. It was a great feeling.
I am so thankful to have found a doctor in a new town so quickly. Everyone in the office was kind, warm, friendly and caring. Truly a wonderful experience.
I respect the fact that Dr Bent is honest and conservative in her approach. I trust her!
I had to wait a while but the Doctor and nurses I liked. I would use as my regular gyno doctor.
She's a good doctor, very thorough. I went to two doctors before her and I did'nt feel comfortable. Long wait though, based on her patient flow. I guess if you want a good doctor you need to have patience. I was pleased in the end though. Definitely using her as my OB
Very clean, comfortable and easy to find. Everyone is professional and respectful. Overall a relaxing experience.
I like the professional environment very much. The nurse practitioner is amazing, very knowledgable and nice. Great place! Highly recommended.
