Terrible experience. An hour and 45 minutes to get a 5 minute Pap smear and to be told that they don’t do any std testing in the office. Yay for having to go to another doctor now! I arrived on timeand the receptionist claimed that I was 30 minutes early. Since I used zocdoc to book, this was very frustrating. I waited an hour until I saw the nurse and filled out the same medical history forms 3x. Also annoying considering that I sent them via zocdoc. During my brief time with the medical professionals, not once was I asked if I had had unprotected sex or even if I was sexually active. It was a very impersonal and hurried experience, totally not what one expects at an annual exam.

My husband and I got there very early for our first ob appointment. The nurse was very nice and the ultrasound tech Jenny was amazing. So much caring. They were proffessional. The doctor was not someone named Dr. Manna but Dr.Goodman. I was glad the doctor was a female as I was taking Dr.manna only because it's open on saturday but I was hoping they had other female doctors. I'm very satisfied with the service provided and I wiLL be returning for my 9 weeks (pregnacy) check up.

Well, I had an overall positive and quick experience, but I didn't get to see Geno Manna, the doctor I had chosen when I made the appointment. I went to the office and they looked at me like I was crazy."He's not in the office today." They did get me in to see a nurse practitioner very quickly, and she was great. I'm just puzzled as to what happened, and why I made an appointment with a doctor that wasn't even there.

Unorganized, was left in the exam room in my town for 1hour and a half without being seen. Was there over 3 hours.

I was called in 40 minutes after my appointment time. I was told if I had an exam I would have to pay for it as it was not a year since my last exam. I informed her the office sentme a card that it was time for my appointment, She said it wasn't her fault, it was "the people" in the "other" office that send out the cards. I am not due until the middle of February. I have lost my trust in this office and will not return. I sent an email to my friends and associates in NY and NJ advising them to not use this practice.

I was extremely unsatisfied with my appointment with Dr. Manna. I saw the 5 star rating he received along with no bad reviews, however I would not recommend him to anyone as I felt deceived by what I read. I patientlywaited for about an hour and when the doctor finally saw me,I felt rushed and could barely get a word in, nevermind a full question. He was very vague about my diagnosis and seemed as though he could not exit the room fast enough. He was not compassionate or gentle to say the least. Although he may know what he is talking about, he did a terrible job at explaining to me. If you have the option to see another doctor instead, I highly suggest you do so, because I was very unpleased with my appointment here. The other staff was okay. They at least attempted to make an effort to be attentive and nice, but the waiting room is also extremely small and did not feel like a comforting environment at all.
