I didn't see him. I saw Victor who was absolutey amazing
She was personable and professional. Insightful on medications for my condition.
Dr Sedrakyan was the catalyst behind me quitting cigarrettes and also lowering my blood pressure. Im 36 years old and have a much vetter outlook on life. My vitals have also imrpoved overall. Thank yy doctor!!
Very knowledgeable and professional. I felt very comfortable once I got into the office. I had to wait 30 minutes after the time of my appointment. I would highly recommend this doctor.
The doctor pointed out a discrepancy in my medication; however, it was not done in a diplomatic way. It came out as an accusation. I realize that the are regulations; but, not everyone is guilty of wrong doing. I simply had an illness that needed to be fixed.
I did not have Dr. Sedrakyan I had a gentleman named Victor who was very good!
The Dr. was very imporsonable. Rushed the visit. Barely emamined me! The diagnosis was ok I had to visit another physician I don't recommend him
Had to wait very long. The support staff was ok. Dr didnt spend as much time as other doctors would have
Dr. Sedrakyan is one of those doctors that immediately puts you at ease with a hello and a handshake. I thought he was excellent and would highly recommend him and the practice.
The doctor came in and spent about 3 minutes in the room. I came in for a sinus infection or a cold, unsure what one. He did not examine me at all, just said he was going to write me antibiotics and sent me on my way. I am 27 weeks pregnant and did not feel taken care of at all.
my visit was unsatisfactory to say the least. THe office staff said they could not see me unless I provided medical history from a docotor in the same state. I said I could try and called two doctors who said it would take 2-3 dys to send the info. this practice said without my medical records they would not see me. THey said originally if my prescriptions were filled in VA they could look them up and it would be fine but when I asked again they said no they could no look them up and that they need the entire medical history before seeing me. None of these things were brought up when I booked the appointment or during the online check in process. very disappointed in my experience with these doctors who have obviously shaped their policies for the worst type of patients giving the rest of us honest patients no ability to get healthcare when we need it. way to go...
For my initial visit, I saw Doctor Sedrakyan. He told me to come back for a check up two days later. I came back and ended up seeing another Doctor. While everything was awesome - the wait time, the doctor's bedside manner, and the atmosphere - it ended up being a bit disappointing as the results have not come back yet from the labs. I don't think it was anyone's fault because it just so happened that it was Memorial Day weekend. This practice is awesome, but my copay was a lot. It would have been better if I delayed my check up / follow up at a later date when they had the results. Now, I have to come back a week later and end up paying another copay visit. Everything was great, but the timing was off. No one's at fault, it's just an unfortunate series of events.
Doctor Sedrakyan was awesome. He listens and doles out great advice and diagnoses. He has a genuine caring attitude. He is stern when he needs to be, but never comes across as dismissive.
I not only enjoyed the doctors outgoing personality but I also liked the nurses who worked with her. The dr and two assistances complimented one another as they irrigated my ear canal and then followed up with the doctor to make sure my ear canals were clean. I look forward to seeing dr robinette again b
He was very nice, listened to my problems, extremely understanding, and nice.
The doctor and staff were professional and the on site x-ray service was helpful. The initial wait to be seen was just longer than preferred or expected at 50 minutes. I will, however, be going back.
Did an excellent job, had efficient staff, and answered all my questions.
This is the 2nd time I have been to this office for company required physicals. It helps if you send across your info via zoc doc ahead of time. Very happy that they had an onsite x ray machine, a lot of place don't. My company requires a lot of tedious and thorough detail items, all were handled without any problems.
This is a great clinic. Unfortunately seeing urgent/immediate care on a clinic awning can sometimes mean rushed or sub-par treatment. But this clinic is very well run, with caring and attentive doctors. I have gotten very bad care at urgent cares before, felt that my doctor half listened and gave me a script without real thought so I was hesitant about going to one again but I am happy that there is a such a great clinic near me if I need to be seen late or on a weekend.
Dr. Sedrakyan was clearly knowledgeable and professional. He quickly gave me his recommendation within 5 minutes of seeing him. BUT, the process felt incredibly rushed. He would ask questions about how I was feeling and nearly cut me off to go on to the next question. It took me off guard and I don't think I was able to ask the questions I wanted to because I felt so rushed. I felt as though I was being pushed out the door so he could move on to the next patient. During the appointment, he took a blood sample for tests (which caused my arm to bruise). It has been 4 weeks since my appointment date and I have heard nothing from the doctor's office.
Dr. Angela was very considerate and throughtful. She took time to listen to all of my issues and was very proactive in getting me the help I needed.
Very helpful and excellent bedside manor
Great experience .... In and out !
Everything is perfect with this clinic. Dr Gevorg Sedrakyan and his staff are amazing.
Great experience. Will come back when needed and will recommend to others.
I chose this office as my primary care facility due to the professional manner and inviting service.
Very efficient and swift (in a good way!)
finially a good intelligent doctor and pa.
Very well organized and the physcian was knowledgeable and genuinely concerned about my health.
Great place. Easy to find. Very professional staff.
HI There He was much more knowledgeable than the first doctor I visited. The waiting room was decorated more professional and a higher level of service was a part of that mix.
Nice Guy. First appt was a positive experience.
I love the approach to treatment for any illness. I explain what's wrong and get additional questions, suggestions. Extremely quick wait time and we work together to determine the best treatment options for the problem. I have no problems with my Medicare insurance.
This is my third time at this practice. I keep coming back because of the friendliness of everyone and how easy it is to get an appointment. They're listed as an urgent care place but they also do PCP stuff too which is now why they are my new PCP. Everytime I walk out of there I always have what I need without any problems. What I love the most, though, is the multiculturalism of the staff. Dr S. is Albanian but speaks several languages, the nurse practicioner I saw last night is Polish, and the front desk receptionist whom I love the most is from Siberia. These people are well trained, gentle with their care, and truly look out for me the patient. Plus, their hours can't be beat and you can even purchase particular meds there instead of going to the pharmacy, which is the last thing you want to do when you're ill. They don't do controlled substances in house, nor would I expect them to. If I weren't a patient, I would want to have them as friends. That's how great I think they are. And I'm super picky about whom my friends are.
The doctor Gevorg, was very nice and professional. He never really told me why I've been having a sore throat and lungs filled with mucus and coughing. He wrote 2 prescriptions for heavy duty cough medication if I need it. The staff at the front desk we ok. Not as friendly as the Russian girl who works up front. The woman who did my blood pressure and questions before the doctor saw me was incredibly rude, not friendly or smiley, and ticked me off with her attitude. Was not nearly impressed as I was last time. The staff was completely different and I didn't like them.
Very friendly and knowledgable. Made me feel comfortable in a time of embarrassment. Would def recommend!
An exceptionally intelligent physician.
Dr. George has sold me for a new PCP. He is attentive and veru knowledgeable. He is also personable without compromising his professionalism
He provided the reason for the problem I was having and it seemed to go away.
He's great, personable, knowlegable, and interjects humor.
Though he was nice, it was an very unfortunate experience. His staff switched my paperwork with that of another's patient's. He didn't introduce himself or ask for my name when he came in. Knowing my name would have solved the issue immediately. Apparently, you can text him questions, but don't expect a response for almost 24 hours.
Clean offices, friendly staff, minimal wait time. Doc was thorough and to the point.
Dr. Sedrakyan is great! This was my first visit with him and I could tell he knows his job very well. I'll definitely go back to him if needed and I'll definitely recommend him to everyone I know!
Very good. Staff was excellent as well.
Dr. Sedrakyan was awesome. He is thorough and took the time to assess my needs. I felt comfortable speaking with him and I felt that I had all of his attention. I would definitely recommend him!
Very clean office. Everyone was nice and friendly. Highly Recommend.
I thought his office was very comfortable, clean, and nice. His staff was fun and positive. All the questions I had were answered in details. Thank you so much Dr.Sedrakyan!
Very personable and caring.
Overall a great guy, very personable. Office may seem slightly sketch from the outside, but inside it is very well kempt, clean, the staff was very friendly, an everything ultimately went off without a hitch. Highly recommended.
Very personable and patient doctor. He listened to my whole situation without rushing me, gave me a checkup, and provided his diagnosis with reasoning.
He was nice enough, but seemed to discount the validity of my chief complaint, saying that my symptoms were "not that big of a deal."
Dr. Sedrakyan was very knowledgeable and seemed very concerned for my well being. The appointment wasnt rushed and I didnt feel as if he has many other patients waiting (even though he did). I also enjoyed the fact that he didnt treat me as if I was a fellow doctor and would understand all of the terminalogoies - he explained everything to me and it is appreciated on many levels. I have been to see several different doctors and after this appointment I have decided he will now be my primary. Just one added plus is he is very personable and has a great sense of humor --- the sarcasim goes a long way - especially when I needed a laugh.
Loved the doc. He was down-to-earth, interested in my "whole health" rather than just fixing a problem or prescribing a medication, and easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend him to friends & family, although I would recommend they take a book, as I waited to see him for almost 45 minutes.
This man saw me for all of 5 mins, kicked me right out the door with a prescription in my hand, had verified that my insurance covered my appointment BEFORE I went in and then has been harassing me to pay a bill that I shouldn't have to have paid for. NOT worth it!
Great, I felt very comfortable
Conveniently located on Rt. 1. Very friendly, wonderful bedside manner.
I think it was great. He listened and noted while I informed him of my health issues. He asked lots of questions and provided me with the prescriptions I needed for the problem I was experiencing. I'll definitely return.
A very kind patient doctor with a great personality. Made even the most nervous of patients feel at ease.
He was very thorough & listened to my concerns.
Seems like a decent, although junior, doctor. He gave me some questionable advice about some endocrine issues. His office staff were doing double duty at the front desk and with assisting patients. The girl who tried to draw my blood seemed completely untrained and was more concerned about her comfort than mine. She couldn't get the blood. I ended up going elsewhere to finish the testing.
