Dr. Gina was so polite and personable! She made me feel comfortable even though I wasn’t feeling too well and was a little nervous. The office space is clean, quiet, and welcoming!
This was my first time seeing Dr Sam and she listened to everything I had to say describing my symptoms and she was very thorough in asking for details regarding my symptoms. We came up with a plan to alleviate my symptoms and I hope that her plan will work in the time between my next follow up.
Gina was in late on a Friday night and offered excellent care; she’s efficient yet friendly.

Dr. Sam is so thorough and attentive. She runs so many tests so confirm your diagnosis. There are so many doctors that just assume things based on your symptoms but she really gathers as much information as possible before diagnosing you with anything. So personable and enjoyable to chat with. Will recommend to anyone!!!
Dr. Sam is very knowledgeable with her speciality and very present when speaking to you about what possibly is going on with your GI issues. She is quick, friendly, able to answer question and give real feedback. I also didn’t have to wait for anyone and she is your direct contact without and hoops to jump threw.

I never heard back re: follow up after she told me I needed to have an endoscopy. The office seemed disorganized there was no one around, I wander d into a room with a folding table, no receptionist. She came running out in flip flops to check me in and then went and change for the appointment. She was very prompt but did not order any tests and did not follow up on recommendations as she said her office would.
The assistant that greets you is a fantastic characteristic woman who is very caring and warm. She took the time out to chat with me while the doctor got her things ready to see me. The doctor then saw me and she was also very caring and took notes of everything i said. I would recommend this office and doctor to everyone.

Very professional and very caring. She took urgent action for my pain as she saw fit and thankfully i was in and out quickly. Also, her assistant was very courteous in following up on my condition.

I went to Dr. Gina Sams office because she listed herself as being covered by Aetna. Upon my first visit, she charged me my co-pay. However, after my second visit (to my surprise) I was informed that she actually is not covered by Aetna and I was charged both appointments. I found Dr. Sam to be very nice and formal but I believe that this is completely unacceptable. What if I could not pay for it and I was relying on my insurance to cover for the medical costs? Why would they list themselves as being covered by multiple insurances when in reality they're not?
Dr. Sam is very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable during the appointment.

My visit with Dr. Sam was overall, a great experience. The paperwork was received by ZocDoc, so that knocked down some time, and I believe I waited for a maximum of 25-30 minutes. Dr. Sam was not only knowledgeable, but warm, caring and understanding. I never felt rushed, judged, or ignored during the appointment. She listened to my concerns, asked specific questions, and provided specific information as to what I can do at home to help ease my symptoms. She was very comprehensive in examining my health history, and daily living habits. She was thorough in getting a whole picture of my digestive issues, and provided a specific plan of action with respect to specific tests and rationale. She took the time to counsel me as to the best options that work for me specifically. If I have any future issues, I have no hesitation in coming back to this knowledgeable, professional, and caring professional.

Dr. Sam was great. I came in feeling very, very frustrated due to the discomfort of my condition and the lack of success I'd had in treating it. Most doctors have been very quick to dismiss my symptoms, and Dr. Sam was the fourth GI I was seeing. She listened to my background and symptoms and asked thorough questions. She expressed genuine interest in figuring out what my issue was and ordered a number of tests my past doctors hadn't. She also suggested a new medication and new diet changes my other doctors hadn't. And she was intent on creating a plan of action for me going forward. She was never dismissive of me or my concerns.

Dr. Sam has an amazing bedside manner. She is one of the few doctors I've met who actually listened and didn't make me feel rushed, or bad about expressing all my concerns. This is the first, arguably most important step in being a good healer; and something that seems to get trained (beaten?) out of medical personnel. Besides her capacity for empathy - Dr. Sam is very professional, perceptive, and knowledgeable. I almost never write reviews, but that's how positive my experience was. I highly recommend her!
