Always a pleasure visiting Dr. Bansal.
Very nice and professional
The doctor has always been very professional and prompt. Stephanie and the team have always been very accommodating and kind.
The Dr. was clinically informed but, in my opinion, due to the time of service that he's put into the field he's a bit de-sensitized to the customer service side of the business. In addition to this, please note customers, his secretary repeatedly (3 times) tried to force me to sign her additional office paperwork regarding promises to pay if insurance does not - this is implied already. As I refused the 3rd time the secretary gave me an ultimatum that the doctor would not see me. I had to clearly indicate to her that this tactic is 'illegal' and is regarded in the medical community as a 'forced signature' by the doctor's office. I've been to this doctor 3 times and am looking for a new more customer-friendly doctor since I am new to Columbus.
My wife and I went to see doctor and it was waste of time/money for me. This consultation did not help at all and I felt that there were lot of unnecessary details asked which had no relation with the disease. When it came to talking about disease I got an answer that "I don't know it either." I would never visit again.
He was kind and genuinely interested in hearing about my issues. He offered not only medical advice but life advice to help me overcome my issues as well. Very kind and will be back soon!
He does show much of a interest in your medical needs.
He was rude, he didn't really care what I had to say. Then once he left out the office continued to rant about how it was dumb that I came in to his other associates.
I enjoyed Dr. Bansal. He truly listens and cares about his patients
It was great to be treated as a individual and not as another number. Both the doctor and his Physician's Assistant took time to find out about my needs, wants and history rather than just asking questions and typing on a computer.
He was rude! Told me that he was over qualified. Didn't listen to my concerns. Worst doc I've ever had a visit with. Save your time and money. Jerk!
The doctor was a little rude! I did not feel like he really cared about my interest in my own health.. But he did his job. Guess i can't ask for more then that..
Everyone in his office were very nice and professional.
Dr. Bansal was very friendly, and had my best interests in mind. He asked great questions and was able to make a diagnosis and treatment plan that worked best for me.
Very impressed!! Very friendly and professional! Dr. Vandal was very caring and friendly. Really listened to what I had to say.
It was great ! He is going to be our whole family doctor, except the kids, but recommended a doctor for them. Was very helpful and caring.
I made multiple visits to Dr. Bansal office and i had varied experiences. My latest experience: My blood was drawn by the elderly nurse and she did a pathetic job at it. Its been more than a week and it still pains a lot, it left a black stain on my elbow (about 1-2 inches). I asked Dr. Bansal to physical test my neck if there was any swelling of my thyroid glands, he did not even put his hand but just recommended that i should go through Ultra Sound test for my neck to check that. I was wondering if that quick glance was enough, he did not even mention that he sees a swelling or doubts a swelling. When i inquired (twice) he mentioned that ultra sound is required but did not answer if there was a swelling or not. I am not too happy for the way blood was drawn last time and the way the Doctor responded to my questions.
I think he should have at least examine me I waited all that time for him to tell I need to see an ent could have told me that over the phone he must get pays by appointments not by treated
Dr Bansal was very professional and concerned about my well being and wanting to assist in getting me well. I didn't feel like a number! The staff was nice and professional as well
I really found a good PCP again. Good Doctor Cares about his patients and their families Groovy :) HIghly recommend
He's very rude and was no help to me I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy
He was very thorough. besides him thinking I was a drug addict, It was a good visit. I know he was just doing his job.
He was very nice and knew right away what was wrong
Surprised. Clean, profesiional
Very polite and good bedside manner. In and out on first visit. Dr Bansal asks your concerns and takes care of them
The doctor was very rough and uninviting. The office staff was very rude and conescending. The office smelled old and looked unkept. I wouldn't recommend this office to my worst enemy.
Very clear and understanding to my conditions.
It seemed like he was in a rush to get in and out of my appointment and his response to my medical questions were unprofessional. I was disappointed. I will not return.
It's a good office everyone is courteous and efficient. However Dr. Bansal seemed bothered when he saw me. I expected more attention and conversation considering it was my first time seeing his as a PCP. I felt somewhat brushed off as a patient by him.
I loved it! I was a new pt and i was in and out in less than an hr! Dr Bansal was very professional and very nice! He got right to why i was there and took care of it. Office staff was awesome too. I am a Registered Nurse so i have seen a lot but Dr Bansal is very good!
Dr. Bansal and his staff were wonderful. My only complaint is the 1.5 hour wait, but I was a first time patient, so it may have been out of there control. Other than that, I was highly satisfied!
Very patient and helpful Dr
I was late, by accident. They treated me with respect and saw more promptly.
Speechless, do not even try to think to make an appointment with this Guy. He is super rude. It is normal that you ask your dr to refer you to make some lab tests to be 100% that you are ok. When I asked him, he refused. Really I told him that is not normal. He left me and said 'I am strange" what this? I can't believe. Again do not go there.
Doctor Bansal is very nice. He was very helpful and very patient. I really like him. I went to see other doctors before and they were just worried about their money.
I really like him. Very professional and caring.
He was extremely rude and mean and I would never recommend anyone to see that horrible man.
The staff is friendly and very personable. The Doctor listened to what I had to say and was great! I just found my new primary doctor.
Very nice and friendly team members, the lady that did all my preliminary checks was awsome. Excellent doctor
He was very professional. I am changing to make this office my pcp.
Felt very rushed and that he didn't really listen to my concerns.
This was my first time as a patient here. Everything went very well. The nurse/assistant was very thorough and pleasant to work with. Dr. Bansal did a good job addressing my specific concerns. Overall, I was very pleased with the visit and I have registered for a second appointment.
We just moved to Columbus for the summer months. Our permanent home is in Sarasota, Florida. I am thrilled to get connected to this professional and caring physician.
