Great dr. Very understanding and knowledgeable
He was an exceptionally skilled professional, and very personable. I would definitely recommend him to others
Very bad experience. I went in the office and they wanted me to sign a paper that certified I had received their privacy practices handout. When I asked for the handout they said they did not have it available because it wasn't his normal office. They said if I didn't sign it then I would not be allowed to see the doctor. When I was taken into the room to be seen by the doctor, they told me he would be with me in 5 minutes. I waited there for almost an hour to be seen by the doctor and almost walked out of there. He came in the room and was very unprofessional. He said it's not like him to be late but he didn't sound very remorseful. When I asked him about the privacy practices he said " I wouldn't worry about that. I don't even know what that is." I did not return to this doctor. Not in a million years.
Dr. Robicheaux was very professional and thorough with my checkup. I went in due to shoulder pain, mainly when throwing (baseball/softball). He was straight to the point, explained what is most likely the cause of the pain along with suggested methods of strengthening my shoulder as well as pain relief. Most doctors jump right to request imaging and start talking about what kind of operations can be done to fix it but not Dr. Robicheaux. He did request an MRI however only to get a better idea of whats going on "inside" so to speak. Suggested physical therapy, and other things as option number 1, along with a follow-up down the road to monitor progress. I'll also add that his staff are very professional and courteous. They do a lot on their part to make sure that the patient doesn't get any surprises from their respective insurance company later down the road. Appreciate them doing that.
Dr. Robicheaux and his staff are efficient and friendly. They listen and answer any questions or concerns. I have been to all 3 offices, and they are all great!
I was in and out very quickly, couple of questions asked quickly and sent me on my way in less than 2 minutes. Tried to make up for it on the way out with a fist bump (!). No need to act hip, I just need to feel cared for.
Awesome. He saw me right away, quickly diagnosed the problem and explained what was going on with my injury in detail. Highly recommend him!
Great experience and very quick!
Everyone at the office is pretty cool. Made my visit pleasant. I was seen right away. The doctor is very nice and thorough. He performed a minor procedure on me right away and I was good to go!
Very kind and courteous, he was helpful and didn't waste time on unnecessary tests. Quick and professional.
Professional and courteous, everything was well explained and I felt comfortable. Dr. Robicheaux is awesome, he knows how to communicate and give the pertinent information that you need so you can understand exactly what's going on....Thanks to the entire team!
I think he did a good job of explaining my condition, but after giving me a shot in the shoulder he said the pain would go away quickly. Instead my shoulder and upper arm hurt worse than before his shot, although upon calling his office I was told this was normal. Wish he had explained that to me.
Dr. Robicheaux was friendly and clearly explained all aspect of my injury.
Being a first time patient to Dr. Robicheaux, within one hour i had X-rays and physical exam done. He is efficient and competent. He was able to give me a solution to reach maximum quality of life in regards to my sports related injury. Dr. Robicheaux and staff were very helpful and accommodating. I will be using him from here out out
