So impressed with Dr Galano, the wait was nothing and they took X-rays right away for my condition and then he came in to see me, spent a good 20 Minutes and explained everything that was on the X-ray gave me a treatment plan.he really listened to what I had to say, great experience, Really nice office, highly recommend!!! Very knowledgeable!!! Great Doctor!!!
Great.
Dr Galano is thorough in his profession and quick to diagnose the relevant issue. Front desk receptionist was really helpful and polite..
Early to tell but seemed great
Dr. Galano and his staff were great! He is very knowledgeable and he helped me have a better understanding of my condition. I would highly recommend him!
Dr. Galano is so amazing. Help me in every possible way. Keep up the great work.
Went to him for a 2nd opinion on my knee and he was do knowledgeable.... I scheduled my surgery and I'm happy to say that after years of going doctors to doctors I finally found the one doctor I will stay with for all my orthopedic care. Dr. Galano is amazing at his work. And his staff where kind and respectful from beginning to end of my appointment.
Dr Galano was super helpful and took the time to explain to me the cause of my hip pain. He even showed me a hip model and explained in detail what was happening and the cause of my pain. As a very active runner, he put my mind at ease and came up with a conservative treatment plan to try before considering surgery. I will be following up with him soon!
First of all, the doctor came in with 2 other random people and didn't even take the time to introduce them which made me uncomfortable. He didn't do a thorough evaluation and was quick to order a million tests without actually looking at my problem or listening to what I had to say. I had another issue that I brought up, which he didn't even bother to address. I waited for 30+ minutes, was seen for 2 minutes, and left without receiving any treatment or advice at all. I don't recommend this doctor at all.
Great experience from start to finish. X-Rays done on sight, all in a very well run and organized process. Highly recommended!
Incredible doc. Very thorough.
Quick, efficient and gave me the answers to my questions.
The waiting about 40 minutes with much too long and then once I was taken into the room I waited at least another 20 minutes for the doctor. But Dr. Galano was great .And the staffvery professional.
Great once I was seen, but my appointment was at 8:30, I arrived early and still wasn't seen until almost 9:40am.
Dr. Galano was great. He took his time to explain in detail and was very helpful in my knee recovery. I would definitely recommend him to others.
Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful!
Great doctor - no wait, excellent bedside manner, and highly skilled in his field.
Very knowledgeable and conscientious Doctor who explained my condition and the treatment options in a detailed and understandable manner.
It wax rather brief, but his PA was excellent!
The Dr. Galano was very professional and interested in helping me with my ailments. His office manager/receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I felt a valued patient.
I chose him because of his high zoc doc ratings. Cool experience.
Really great experience! Dr. Galano spent a lot of time with me and was very thorough. He explained everything and genuinely seemed to care about getting to the bottom of the problem and getting me better. I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend him.
Honestly don't go to this doctor. I feel like they wanted me to hurt my knee more so they can get more business. I asked for more time off from work and he granted me it 1 time, but the face he gave me when I asked was disgusting. After I told him I'm not ready to work, I can't even jump yet he said there isn't anything wrong with me clinically. Don't go here go somewhere else and on top of all that forget about if you have to call the office, you will get a ok let me take your number down we will call you back, they never ever call back.
i still had to fill 3 forms. would be good if that is handled online as well.
He came in with a female nurse, like talking to two people and understanding. He was clear and to the point. gave me time to speak and said bye.
Excellent doctor. I am highly satisfied with the outcome of my surgery.
He was outstanding! My wrist has been bothering me for quite some time. I went to urgent care, they took x-rays but found nothing. He took x-rays and knew exactly what the problem was. I love to play sports and am always getting banged up, it's great to have a doctor that understands sports injuries.
I came to him for a second opinion regarding hip arthroscopic surgery. My initial Dr was negative about my chances of responding well to it. Dr Galano was very confident he could get the job done and hopefully relieve my pain
X-Rays were quick (on separate floor), staff was courteous and efficient, doctor didn't waste too much time and explained my prognosis very clearly and in a professional manner. Could also be a function of early day where rush is less and everyone is fresh. Would recommend to others
The receptionist knew what she was doing and got my authorization for an mri immediately. In the past with other doctors they have taken their time-this girl was very efficient.
Went for my daughter (10 yr old) fractured shoulder and he was great. Explained everything and answered all of our questions. Was in and out in no time.
Dr. Galano is very nice and seems quite knowledgable. He offered multiple courses of action and we were able to talk them out to figure out what was best for me. I will say I was very out off by the receptionist - not at all friendly, very short, and would hardly explain something when I had a question. Id like to give her the benefit of the doubt that she was having a bad day but first impressions matter.
For my first visit all went well
Dr. Galano was very pleasant and informative. Very nice bedside manner.
For the most part everything was great. The only thing I didn't like is that the receptionist directed me to get an X-ray before I saw the doctor. I said no, and she didn't force it, so it was fine in the end. But an x-ray was unnecessary, I'm just glad I said something.
He is a great doctor. He explains everything to me in a way that i can understand, and most importantly he took me seriously and listened to me.
Dr. Galant was great. Explained everything very well. Would recommend.
The office was very quick to see me and get me my X-rays! I spoked wit Dr. Galano and he answered all my questions. He also talked a lot with me about my treatment plan. Overall a great experience!
I was Dr. Galano's first appointment of the day. As a new patient I arrived early figuring I would need to fill out the typical mountain of paperwork. The only catch was I even beat the office staff in this morning. Other than the awkward few moments of waiting alone wondering if I was in the right place, everything was great. Dr. Galano personally greeted me and had me start filling out the necessary paperwork. After a quick trip to x-ray, he was thorough in his examination and explanation of possible causes for my injury and best courses of treatment. As a former medic, I appreciated his down-to-earth friendliness and care. I'll definitely be returning.
Good overall. I was there at 8.10am and left an hour later, x-ray and general form filling included. I had a knee issue, so he got x-rays and he showed me the issue and recommended a course of action.
