Went to him for a 2nd opinion on my knee and he was do knowledgeable.... I scheduled my surgery and I'm happy to say that after years of going doctors to doctors I finally found the one doctor I will staywith for all my orthopedic care. Dr. Galano is amazing at his work. And his staff where kind and respectful from beginning to end of my appointment.

Dr Galano was super helpful and took the time to explain to me the cause of my hip pain. He even showed me a hip model and explained in detail what was happening and the cause of my pain. As avery active runner, he put my mind at ease and came up with a conservative treatment plan to try before considering surgery. I will be following up with him soon!

First of all, the doctor came in with 2 other random people and didn't even take the time to introduce them which made me uncomfortable. He didn't do a thorough evaluation and was quick to order a million tests without actuallylooking at my problem or listening to what I had to say. I had another issue that I brought up, which he didn't even bother to address. I waited for 30+ minutes, was seen for 2 minutes, and left without receiving any treatment or advice at all. I don't recommend this doctor at all.

Honestly don't go to this doctor. I feel like they wanted me to hurt my knee more so they can get more business. I asked for more time off from work and he granted me it 1 time, but the facehe gave me when I asked was disgusting. After I told him I'm not ready to work, I can't even jump yet he said there isn't anything wrong with me clinically. Don't go here go somewhere else and on top of all that forget about if you have to call the office, you will get a ok let me take your number down we will call you back, they never ever call back.

He was outstanding! My wrist has been bothering me for quite some time. I went to urgent care, they took x-rays but found nothing. He took x-rays and knew exactly what the problem was. I love to play sports and amalways getting banged up, it's great to have a doctor that understands sports injuries.

Dr. Galano is very nice and seems quite knowledgable. He offered multiple courses of action and we were able to talk them out to figure out what was best for me. I will say I was very out off by thereceptionist - not at all friendly, very short, and would hardly explain something when I had a question. Id like to give her the benefit of the doubt that she was having a bad day but first impressions matter.

For the most part everything was great. The only thing I didn't like is that the receptionist directed me to get an X-ray before I saw the doctor. I said no, and she didn't force it, so it was fine inthe end. But an x-ray was unnecessary, I'm just glad I said something.

I was Dr. Galano's first appointment of the day. As a new patient I arrived early figuring I would need to fill out the typical mountain of paperwork. The only catch was I even beat the office staff in this morning.Other than the awkward few moments of waiting alone wondering if I was in the right place, everything was great. Dr. Galano personally greeted me and had me start filling out the necessary paperwork. After a quick trip to x-ray, he was thorough in his examination and explanation of possible causes for my injury and best courses of treatment. As a former medic, I appreciated his down-to-earth friendliness and care. I'll definitely be returning.

Good overall. I was there at 8.10am and left an hour later, x-ray and general form filling included. I had a knee issue, so he got x-rays and he showed me the issue and recommended a course of action.

Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful (the receptionist even offered to look up the phone number of my pharmacy because I was having trouble pulling it up on my phone.) I was sent upstairs for X-Rays right away, and it was very quick. As soon as I was done and the paperwork was completed, I was taken to the treatment room and waited only about 2 minutes for Dr. Galano. He was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable that he fully understood my injury and needs, and he explained what was happening with my knee to cause me pain. He was pretty thorough and gave me a good plan for recovery that also keeps in mind my desire to return to my usual fitness activities. The whole visit was 45 minutes including X-rays, paperwork, exam, etc. I'm pretty satisfied!

I am a first time patient and I've only had an evaluation done by Dr. Galano, so my review is limited only to that experience. After filling out the paperwork, I went to the 12th floor to get x-ray'ed and cameback to the reception area. The receptionist led me to the examination room and told me Dr. Galano would see me in a bit. I met with the doctor and he was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had about my knee. He explained the dynamics of what's causing the knee problems and recommended physical therapy (PT). The receptionist was kind enough and gave me a bunch of PT locations around my area; and also gave me a friendly reminder to make sure they accept my insurance. I made a PT appointment tomorrow and will come back for a follow up with Dr. Galano in 6 weeks. I didn't think of this at the time, but I wish I got to see the xrays of my knees. I just haven't thought of it but I'll be sure to ask on my follow up visit. Overall, I have to say I'm pleased with my visit. I went in the morning around 9:30, so there was no wait in my instance. There was a bit of a wait for to get my x-ray done (around 30-40 minute I think), but that is still pretty quick.
