She was completely uninterested and was in a rush. She also said she was leaving the practice, which explained the hurrying. I wished I knew she was leaving the practice before I made this appointment.
So nice!! Was in and out in no time.
She’s wonderful. Highly recommend her.
Dr. Rosen has excellent bedside manner and was very knowledgeable regarding all my concerns.
Very pleasant experience at Dr. Rosen’s office! I was seen immediately after I arrived and Dr. Rosen was very friendly, approachable and thorough. This was my first visit with her and she took time asking me many questions, explained/educated me on whatever I needed further clarification on, and made me feel totally at ease. The nurses working with her were also very nice.
The entire office staff are professional and courteous. Dr. Rosen always gives you time and listens to all your concerns.
My first time there and seeing Dr. Rosen. Was seen right away, didn't even get time to finish filling out my forms. Dr. Rosen was extremely professional and didn't feel rushed at all. Natasha (assistant) did a great job as well. Altogether a fantastic experience.
Maybe it was a tired Tuesday (@11:45am), but everyone I encountered in this office had low energy and lacked enthusiasm. Although they were not rude per-say, it felt very systematic while they walked me through the motions/protocol. Dr. Rosen is kind and asked many questions, but lacked patience for uncertainty or misinformation while recalling medical history. I only saw the doctor for about 10 minutes, the PA took care of everything else during my hour-long apt. The system for checking out was also not explained clearly (I am a new patient) and the doctor had not sent my referrals to the admin yet so they said they needed to mail it to me and that my results would take at least a week. Overall not a bad experience, just didn't feel very welcoming.
The take in was pretty quick. The appointment was really hit and miss. Hit immediately when it came to the take in. Front of house staff was efficient and did it right. Now the visit: I understand you are worried about the flu, and hence that is why the doctor popped in in a mask. Got you. Don't ditch the mask when you come back :( She was nice, though, so I'll give her a 4 on that. It was the doctor's willingness to throw opiods at us that made us both take a step back. No one was coming to the doctor's office to score, my relative was in pain due to an assault, and possibly the flu which she was sick with at the same time and wanted an assessment for her persistent cough. So, she gave us meds to counteract the cough and something else for the pain. That's the first reason for my neutral rating for the professional. At least she referred us to an X-Ray which was carried out by that staff member same day. *nice* Then it took me calling back the doctor for a callback. :| If it was serious, would I have received a prompt call back? Or would I still have to call? That was the part that really irked me. I have a phone, you have a phone, you have staff that has phones -- call me, email me, hit me up -- I'm here. I'm not expecting to not do anything, but all I want is a call :(
I was seen right away but then ended up waiting for about 40 minutes just to get my blood drawn. Other than that, everything went well and Dr. Rosen made good recommendations for next steps.
Dr. Rosen is helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend! The only thing is apparently the doctor takes only walk-ins during the evenings, and my appointment and information through Zocdoc wasn’t registered into amount Sinai’s system. Fortunately, my wait wasn’t very long, though I did have to re-do all the paperwork.
Dr. Rosen was excellent. She was right on time, took her time explaining things and follow-up with test results via email within 24 hours. The nurses and administrative staff were also excellent.
Dr. Rosen was great. Very thorough and efficient. Her bedside manner is great.
Short wait, thorough visit. Recommended!
Dr. Rosen is awesome! She is super approachable and also knowledgeable. Wonderful bedside manner that totally puts you at ease.
The visit itself was ok, she didn't seem to totally take my concerns seriously & seemed like she wanted to pawn me off onto another dr. immediately, even though I had seen that type of dr. before with my issues with no results. She took blood and urine for testing, and while the results were posted to the online portal within a week, I has taken almost a full month for me to get any response from her. She said she was going to send a prescription to my pharmacy, and when I went the next day to pick it up, they said nothing was called in. I called her office, and they said she hadn't made any notes on my chart & that they would check with her. I got NO response. I sent a note to her on the online portal, and again got no response. I called her office again, and after almost a month, she finally wrote back to me basically telling me to go see a type of dr. that I know cannot help with my issue. While she was nice enough during the visit, I do not appreciate the unresponsiveness & unhelpfulness.
Excellent! She listened to me and responded to my questions. She is now my regular doctor! Highly recommended.
It was my first visit with Dr. Rosen and I felt entirely comfortable with her. She is enthusiastic, warm, and caring. She was thorough during the exam and she phoned me promptly the following week with the results of my blood tests, inviting me to phone her with any questions. I recommend her without reservation.
The office os clean and modern. Staff was really firendly and efficient. The Dr. was a bit cold and quick during the visit, but polite and well mannered.
She was great, and her office was super efficient! I got there at around 8:05 for an 8:30am physical, had my vitals checked by 8:20, and was out by 9:15. Dr. Rosen was with me for at least 30 minutes, and was extremely thorough during my exam. She also had a great bedside manner. I've had a tough time finding a primary care doctor I like, and I think Dr. Rosen is it. I'll definitely be back!
Dr. Rosen is fine if you’re just going for a general check up and you don’t need a lot of attention. She was pretty rushed during the visit, but it was fine for my purposes. Her nurse also had a rushed, distant bed side manner
Dr. Rosen was cold and unhelpful. She didn't help me to figure out my GI problem, and seemed disinterested.
Very friendly and knowledgeable doctor, great bedside manner, was seen right away. Highly recommend Dr. Rosen!
My first time meeting with Dr. Rosen and she is definitely a keeper.. I am so glad to have found a great, caring doctor! She was thorough in obtaining my medical history and was very attentive to my concerns. My annual physical examination was great, she will be my permanent doctor!
Extremely professional and curious. Very thoughtful in her approach to treatment decisions via thorough conversation.
She was thorough, great bedside manner and I didn't feel rushed at all.
Dr Rosen was great! She took the time to listen to me and address all my concerns. Her office was clean and staff was friendly (something you rarely see). I will definitely be going back.
Don't waste your time if you are looking for somewhat personal and polite care. 1. Made appointment via zocdoc. Filled out forms online at zocdoc b/c it said I could check in online and paperless. Went to the office 15 mins prior to appointment time. Was told paperwork was not sent to time...needed to fill out paperwork manually by pen. 2. Nurse called and got me in on time for my appointment. Took my vitals....asked to wait for doc. Waited 10+mins but no doc. Got dressed and went to look for someone. Nurse saw me a couple minutes later...called doc. She was nice and all. 3. Dr. Rosen said to wait for nurse to do blood work. Waited another 10+mins. Went out the room to look for someone....another nurse passed by. Asked her about my nurse. She stated that she's going to find out who the assistant is. She had a conversation with another staff and I just went to the check out place. Check out person was slow so went to receptionist. Explained to her. She said I could reschedule for blood work since I'm in a hurry to be back at work. Then the 2nd nurse came out and stood across the room and yelled "can I have the patient back in the room." I told receptionist I rather not do it with her because I felt uncomfortable since she first said she needs to find my nurse and then she became the only nurse available. She then caught an attitude and walked across the room and yelled, "honey, I am your only option and i am the only one now. I can't accommodate to you? It's fine with me." I told the receptionist I would call to reschedule. Work is hectic but don't take it out on patient...it should be be my problem that it's short staff or hectic. So don't waste your time.
I felt very comfortable with Dr. Rosen and she answered all my dumb little questions! It was a really nice experience and I will certainly be going back to her with any healthcare needs.
She is a great doctor!
She is very knowledgeable and definitely helped put my mind at ease with issues I was having/asked about. Easy to talk to. Definitely recommend!
Such a short wait time, the nurse saw me before I finished filling out my new patient forms! Dr Rosen is extremely friendly and personable. I felt comfortable asking questions and would definitely recommend to a friend!
Front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming. Took me in right away. Dr. Rosen was great. Would definitely go back to her.
Dr. Rosen was attentive and professional, the environment comfortable; she took the time to answer any questions i may have had. will continue to see her in the future.
