You could tell he was having a rough day, he didn't answer my questions as efficiently as he normally does butdespite it all, he's still a great doctor.

Dr. Horner listened well and corectly diagnosed the issue. The symptoms indicated a different issue. Dr. Horner gentlyexplained his thoughts and rational so I could get on track. I then knew the logical approach to isolating the diagnosis.

Have been seeing Dr. Horner the past two years. Knows his stuff, including musculoskeletal issues and nutrition. I like his strong emphasis on preventive medicine. He's never rushed, always has time to answer any questions. My favorite primarycare physician ever, and I've had a lot of them over the years.

He was personable and made me very comfortable. Very knowledgeable and didn’t feel rushed. Listened to all my concerns. Shared stories and felt like he cared about me as an individual, not just as a patient with symptoms to treat. Iam happy to say he is now our family Dr.

A great doctor! I didn’t know what to expect finding a new doctor after moving from another State, but I left very satisfied, and knew without a doubt Dr. Horner would be my permanent doctor. Very intelligent, down to earth, caring! Best doctor I’ve ever had.

Doctor Horner addressed the issues I had concerns about quickly and efficiently, but also brought up concerns he had about my general health beyond what I came in for. He ordered tests and they were completed immediately. I was extremely pleased.

As a typical male who doesn't really like to go to the doctor, I was not super excited about picking a new PCP and going in for a wellness exam, but I immediately felt at ease when I arrived at thePortland Clinic. Check in was a breeze and the health history forms were a lot less overwhelming that others I've had to fill out. I was taken back to the exam room almost immediately and Dr. Horner was very quick to come in and get the exam started. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He offered great tips for actual "wellness" and was very helpful in answering all of my questions. Great experience!

Would not help at all in basic treatment I had to see another doctor the same day who helped right away finding the problem and referring me to a specialist. He told me he thinks pain is a choice not anactually problem. Worst doctor I have ever seen and coming from a family that has a background in medicine they were in shock by the way he treated me.

Dr. Horner is a very personable, laid-back individual. His pre-screen nurse staff had nothing but good things to say about him and rightly so. Dr. Horner explained my medication change very well in simple English.
