She’s great! Her and her staff listen to all my concerns and they get as much detailed information as possible and do tests and everything they can to try to help narrow and pin point the root cause. The wait timeis rough because I only get a short window to go to appts because I have toddlers and can’t be away too long but they do so much to help each patient that is probably why so it’s not really a complaint just kind of a set back.

I had an appointment scheduled at 4.15 initially. The office called me to inform that it was moved to 4 p.m. I arrived on time. By 4.50 I was asked to go into a room where basic checks were done. By5.40 I had yet to see the good doctor. I had to leave since I was expected elsewhere. I may not reschedule. I have seen Dr. Erguder for more than a year. She is good, but the waiting is simply intolerable. There needs to be a better consideration of people's time.

Staff was very professional and pleasant but the wait was long. My appointment was 1:45pm, I arrived on time (earlier) but wasn't called in until 2:55pm. Once inside, the staff and Doctor were professional and thorough with the examination.Aside from the wait, I felt that they did an overall good job.

I came in 30 mins early from my appt. because I knew i had to fill out paper work. Still....the wait time was literally more than an hour which in my opinion...unacceptable. I realized that there is only 1 assistant helpingthe dr. And they only see 1 patient at a time which is most likely the reason why they took long. Also most of their equipment is outdated. Would I see this dr again? Yes, I would...besides the wait time...the Dr. and the assistant had a lovely attitude.

Excellent interaction with the doctor but appt time needs to be calibrated to reduce the long wait to meet the doctor.

I did not feel I was being listened to by Dr. Erguder. She was very rushed and did not respond to or acknowledge the details I tried to give her about my health complication that brought me in that day. Otherwise, she was reasonably kind, but it was not a productive visit at all.

I had a mid-morning appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early and had submitted the check-in documents before hand. Checking in seemed fine. Then I waited for an hour. After 45 minutes from when my appoint was scheduled, I asked how muchlonger it would be. No one could say. Then after an hour I went to the doctor's office. Then waited for the doctor for another 10 minutes. The appointment lasted about 10 minutes, maybe less. So guess how late I was additionally late for work? At least another hour and 15 minutes later than I told my work I would be in. Not coming back. Even things at doctor's appointments and NYC move faster.

Here are two things to consider: The doctor is great. Very professional and thoughtful. No questions asked here. HOWEVER. I went for a regular physical exam covered by my insurance. The med.office staff inaccurately submitted request to theLab which caused my insurance to cover only part of the services. The service should have been 100% covered. I'm still dealing with Doctors office/ Lab / Insurance to fix this. It has been over a month. Last time I called dr office staff said it was all fixed. After 30 mins wait and getting through to the Labs rep found out that nothing was done. This is extremely annoying. I would not normally submit a review but I'm so frustrated that I had to do this.
