It was a very nice visit and very professional. There was little to no waiy time and everyone was so personable. I truly enjoyed the visit.
This clinic has become a place that is specifically for patients that need a translator.
He reminds me of an old fashioned country doctor! I liked him....and I don't impress easily.
He was excellent!!
I was assigned to Oriz, but I see Nathan Pyan, WHO my kids and I just love! Best Dr I have ever seen. The 20 min drive is well worth it. He is very knowledgeable and thinks outside the box. Full of information.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR OFFICE TO PATIENCE. VERY PROFESSIONAL And Caring.
When I first got to the office I was intimidated by the lobby environment and all the people present. But the staff was very helpful and I felt very comfortable chatting with the staff throughout my visit. I would definitely visit this practice again.
I WILL WAIT THE OUTCOME OF OUR DISCUSSION..CONVERSATION WAS PRODUCTIVIE....
The doctor was ok...the office was absolutely terrible and unprofessional. I was told by the doctor to schedule a sleep study. This was in May. Fast forward to the end of JULY and they still have not scheduled anything for me. I called up multiple times, left messages, etc. Every time I would call the person in charge of this would be gone or busy, they would ask for me to leave a message which I would and never once did I actually get a call back. I finally spoke with someone who insisted on setting this up themselves (even though I said more than once I would like to on my own so I had no further issues). I was told to show up at the sleep study center at 10pm sunday. I was told that I would have no issues and that all I had to do was show up. Well, 10pm sunday comes around (I had to stay up for 48 hours straight to be able to sleep there at that time, part of the reason I need a sleep study) and the lady at the sleep center says they cannot do the study do to the doctor office not having sent over my information. She was shocked nobody from there had called me to let me know. This office is a mess and entirely unorganized. Highly, highly, highly avoid!!! I am debating on even using zocdoc again if these are the types of unprofessional places they use. This is MY HEALTH and should be taken seriously by a heath care professional...clearly not the case here. STAY AWAY!
Really friendly and helpful staff.
I met another doctor but I was comfortable talking with him. And the staff were very kind.
This was the first time I've visited this office/doctor so I showed up about ten minutes before my appointment to be sure I could fill out any forms that needed to be filled out before my 2:45 appointment. When I walked up to the counter I was confused who to speak with, there was no line [rather, there wasn't enough room to form a line, because there were an absurd amount of empty chairs by the front desk] someone who came in after me was addressed first. I asked someone who was behind the desk if I could be helped, and she just pointed to another person without saying anything to me. Finally, I was checked in [Now with only 5 minutes to spare before my appointment] and I filled out the forms with no problem. When I was pulled in the back to get my height/weight/what have you I was taken to a corner of a room and talked to for maybe 5 minutes and then left to sit there in the awkward corner while people/patients came and went. I was then pulled into a room and told that the doctor would be with me shortly. Twenty minutes later, the doctor and a nurse came in. I don't know the nurse's name because she didn't introduce herself. I want to pause and say that I set up this appointment to get some help with my allergies. I have been taking Claritin-D to help alive my symptoms, but it got to the point where the 24-hour slow release Claritin-D pills I was taking stopped working for the full 24-hours. That and I knew that there would come a time where I wouldn't be able to purchase the medicine I need because of the chemicals in it making it so it needs to be regulated. Now, when the doctor came in, he asked why I was there, and I told him the aforementioned spiel, along with a couple of issues I've been having with my allergies. He then listens to my breathing and asks if I've been diagnosed with asthma, I tell him no. He then does what I guess is resistance measuring? He pushed on my arms and legs and asked me to push back. Then he mumbles something to the nurse, and leaves me. That was it. Before leaving the room the nurse turns to me and says they'll be back in a minute. I sit in the waiting room for another 5-10 minutes and then I'm pulled to another room to have blood drawn. After the blood is taken, [By the way, the phlebotomist who took my blood was the nicest person in the whole place. She offered me water and was just nice. Nothing special, but after the hour or so I had been there, I was grateful for her kindness.] I was told that I was "good to go". When I asked what that meant, she told me that I was done for the day, but I could stop by the front desk and make a follow up appointment. I was so confused. What had happened? I wasn't informed anything by my doctor. I go to the front desk and they tell me that they'll call me if I need to come in and when my results are in. I left the office and broke down in tears. I am very reluctant to go to the doctors because I never had to as a child, and the one time I am miserable enough to go seek help, I am left confused, bruised, and helpless. Of course, because I was expecting some kind of prescription but got nothing, I went to Walgreens to pick up more Claritin-D and was told I had reached my limit. Now I'm here with no relief for my allergies, medical insurance allowance pulled, and no idea what is going to happen next. I will not ever, EVER, go back to this doctor and I hope that no one else has the experience I had.
The PA was friendly and informative. The wait was a bit long, about 40 minutes to be seen by the doctor after my initial appt time. However, it was a generally positive experience.
I met with Dr Nathan Payne and he was great. Was able to diagnose me right away and get me off to a specialist for an X-ray to ensure the issue wasn't worse than expected. He called immediately on the results. I'd go here again anytime.
Horrible. I thought it was a joke at first because it was just so unprofessional. The staff didn't really know what they were doing, the place isn't cleaned properly and the amount of kids running around in not only the lobby but in the back is insane. There is a small space designated for vital checks which is also the storage area. I remember looking at one of the "labels" (a piece of paper taped to the drawer) and thinking this can't be serious. It read 'Allergy Stuffs'... Stuffs?! Wow. Then I was told that I had to wait 30 minutes to see the doctor even though I scheduled an appointment and was already a good 10 minutes after that time but she said I could wait in one of the exam rooms. I thought this would be much better than waiting out front with all the screaming kids but they actually kept opening the door to the exam room yelling "peek-a-boo" and "hey!"... When the doctor finally came in he asked what I was there for and I explained and he asked me what kind of meds I had taken for it in the past so I told him what I had taken and he prescribed it to me without really digging into the issue. I felt like I was ordering at a restaurant. I've never went into a "doctors office" and requested a medication type and dosage amount and been given exactly what I asked for. It's almost scary to think that anyone could go in there with any story and get any medication they want. Also, as a doctor I expected him to take health and the spread of germs somewhat seriously but it was very quickly apparent he doesn't when he coughed in my face without covering his mouth. I'm sure I will have to schedule another appointment soon for the flu that I will develop in the next few days.
HE IS EXCEPTIONAL..OUTSTANDING PHYSISAIN(DOCTOR)..ENJOYED MY VISIT WITH HIM..THANK HIM AGAIN AND GOOD BLESS..
Great physician! Professional and very friendly. The wait was extremely long at this facility (the nurse said it was usually quite busy), but Dr. Ortiz was wonderful. I would give him 5 stars and the facility 3 stars.
All of my experiences have been great, but Dr. Khan is the best. She is amazing!
Even thought this was a walk in clinic this was the best doctor office experience I have had in a long time. That is a lot to say since I do not have insurance now but used to have Cigna Medical Group.
it was convenient, quick and fast.
Thats a REAL doctor
would wholeheartedly recommend
Friendly staff and good doctors.
It was fine. Had an odd show on in the lobby which I found strange being their were kids around and a lot of people in and out. But overall the experience was fine.
Very carving awesome
He did absolutely nothing for me.. Waist of my time and gas!!
The doctor is very fast and very pleasant. The staff was really fast and efficient as well. The person who drew blood was amazing!!! It is super hard to get blood from me and they did it first try and very painless. It was amazing.
It was too brief and he didn't even give me a chance to explain the extent of the issue: how long it's been going on, how it's changed etc..
I was treated with super-compassionate care. The PA called me on Friday (I was seen on a Monday) to check on my status. I would highly recommend this practice, especially for people like me who are challenged by lack of insurance. They found ways for me to get the tests I needed, which was super-appreciated.
I won't return to this office ever again.
it was horrable, they said i am a type 2 diabetic but lost my blood work twice gave me medication that i was allergic to. never even explained anything, never will go back!
It was nice, was seen fairly fast and was treated very nicely and with care.
Would neither go back to this place nor recommend it. Waited over an hour past my appointment to be seen. Was seen for less than five minutes without even being asked my history or symptoms. He took a personal call during the appointment and coughed in my face.
It was great. He is very knowledgeable.
Went in and came right out and it was a friday :), besides that the medical staff was awesome!!
Firts visit and was very pleased. Doctor is very competent, professional and had a good sense of humor!
I was extremely pleased. She was very polite, professional, and considerate. This will definitely be my new doctor!
He treated me well, listed to my problems and i have another appt. to see him in a few weeks, i will be back for sure.
NOT HELPFUL AT ALL.
I actually saw a different doctor. Dr. Kovalik, who was a N.M.D. I enjoyed meeting with her, she was very imformative and listened well. The wait was very long, but the office is also a walk-in clinic and there were many sick children there so I was ok with waiting. If I ever needed to go to take time off work during the day I wouldn't be so forgiving.
muy profecional y muy paciente respondio todas mis preguntas gracias
Very professional and easy to talk with, really made me feel comfortable.
Very easy to talk to and very supportive.
