It was my first visit to a nutritionist in forty years, maybe high expectation, nervous, but she make me feel very comfortable even though her office is a bit small.

Janet Lau was very nice and friendly. She followed her "diagnostic" form like any other nutritionist in order to get my medical and diet history. However, I was under the impression that she is following her own diet strategy without takinginto consideration my own restrictions and feedbacks. I don't eat dairy and grains but she insisted that I should have whole grains and that I was probably intolerant to processed grains only. In the end, I chose not to work with her on my needs.
