Dr. Wasseeman was excellent! He was charming and explained my issue clearly. I particularly loved that they have early morning appointments - 8 am!! Beautiful office, lots of parking, easy computerized check in. Wonderful appointment!
It’s fast and easy check-in. Dr. Wasserman is great! He shows concern and checked me thoroughly and because of him my long time problem had an answer. I highly recommend Dr. Wasserman!
Great bedside manner and very professional. Answered all my questions. Would highly recommend!
He truly listens to his patients. He was my third ENT and the one to finally give me solutions.
Nice mannerism - made me feel comfortable
He was fast, gentle, and informative. I will be coming back here next time!
Dr Wasserman was very pleasant, took time to explain my results and possible options for my condition. I felt a genuine concern for my health and that was much appreciated.
He is very polite and down to earth. Talks to you with respect and very helpful with his analysis.
The good: Dr Wasserman was very friendly and welcoming. He answered questions in detail and was patient to understand my concerns. The bad: Check in form at the office was super long. I got there early to spend 30mins filling in their check in forms and signed multiple papers. Would be better if check in done before the appointment via Zocdoc. Assistant seem impatient and she rushed thru to gather my info.
He is highly knowledgeable. His staff also nice and customer oriented.
The doctor himself was great. Highly recommend! The receptionists made me feel uneasy, except for the gentleman at the check out desk. Other than that, great experience!
Friendly doctor with good bed side manners. Did a thorough exam and performed all the proper tests to dx and tx my problem.
For the two times I visited Dr. Wasserman, he was a great doctor. He listened to my complaints and explained what were the possible causes along with what he will be doing to help it. He also followed up over the phone and in-person which was something I definitely appreciated.
As a registered nurse, I felt like my time and concerns were addressed. Dr. Wasserman was thorough and professional.
Dr. Wasserman was very knowledgeable and informative!
kind, smart, and honest!
Although the wait was an hour the staff did apologize as they had an emergency visit earlier that ruined the schedule. The staff was extremely professional and pleasant. Dr Wasserman was very thorough with excellent bedside manner. He made me feel very comfortable and he was genuine about my condition. He took the time out to speak with me and explain the next course of action. I highly recommend him!
I have to say, this was probably one of the best experiences I've had at a doctors office. The wait time was not long at all. The staff was well mannered and professional. Dr. Wasserman was professional and patient. Almost every doctor experience I've had has felt either rushed or poor. Either due to wait time or due to a feeling of not being properly cared for. This was not the experience I had today. Dr. Wasserman and the staff at this facility made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Wasserman actually paid attention to what I was saying and explored all potential diagnoses. In the end it turned out that my hearing loss was due to a previous cold. I left the office with the same symptoms that I came in with. However, due to thorough explaination and answering all of my questions I felt 100 times better. I was armed with the information I came in to find. We do not go to the doctor in order to have our problems fixed immediately (Mr. Marvels Magic Tonic has that market cornered). We go to be examined, treated with respect and given honest/ educated opinions and options. I received all of the above on my visit. Thank you Dr. Wasserman and the staff at Bay Terrace ENT and Allergy Associates.
