He is very knowgeble so I was confidinent he was listening to no mater how crazy I dounde
Even though I scheduled an appointment, I had to wait for over an hour to be seen. That being said, it was a Saturday and I was surprised to be able to get an appointment to begin with. Dr. Riaz was pleasant enough to talk to but he was blunt and to the point so I probably wouldn't recommend him for psychotherapy as it would be hard for me to develop a good relationship; however, it sounds like he has someone else do the therapy aspect of treatment. He definitely seemed knowledgeable.
Felt unprofessional and rushed. Almost like he was using someone else's office on the weekend just to renew prescriptions. Was on his cell phone typing something through the first few minutes while asking me questions. Didn't make much eye contact. He did ask A LOT if good questions, though, I will admit to that. The questions were good, but otherwise just put me back on a prescription regimen that I was on in the past.
Wonderful Dr! He truly cares about you and making your daily life eaiser to deal with. K
He is an awesome doctor. He listens with respect and has helped me tremendously.
His a very caring doctor . I was able to open up to him.
I've been seeing Dr. Riaz for a few months and he's one of my favorite doctors I've ever seen. He's got a great sense of humor and my appointments are always fun. He's always on time and I never have to wait for my appointment. If my appointment is at 6:30 then I see him at 6:30. I'm really glad I found him, I'll never switch to anyone else while he's still in practice. I've never felt better than this in my life and I have him to thank for it!!
Very polite, professional and courteous.
Love that they take weekend appointments!
Dr Riaz is so welcoming and I felt so comfortable right away. Love the late hours and the office setting.
He is so great! I drive over 30 miles to see him. Always listens and obviously passionate about his patients and practice.
Dr. Riaz was very helpful. I was seen right away even after being late for my appointment. Definitely will be a repeat patient.
He was professional and so easy to work with and talk to. I really enjoyed my visit. It was a very pleasant experience.
Had a short wait. I was nervous at first but the more Dr. Riaz and I spoke his trustworthy character was revealed.
Really listened to my husband and helped him open up. Since it was my husband's first time going to a psychiatrist, his easy-going demeanor was really helpful.
He was awesome. He listened carefully and made me feel very welcome!
I thought he was engaged and perceptive. He intelligently addressed my problem and offered his experienced suggestions. The wait to see him was worth it.
Dr. Riaz is clearly knowledgeable in his field, and is able to confidently answer any questions you might have about medications you are taking. He also was quickly able to identify the cause of one of my side effects, and give me another medication that took care of it. Administratively, his office needs some attention. The line in his waiting room was long, and I waited for close to an hour to be seen. I had also previously left voice-mail on his office answering machine and never got a reply (so I recommend using ZocDoc instead of trying to make an appointment over the phone- they have unusual hours.) Good doctor, but not the one you want to see if you want efficient office management.
Very professional office, friendly and helpful
just a note- if a new patient- go a little early, there are still forms (duplicate in my opinion) identical to what I filled out online. I do like the online apt, and the reminders, but the duplicate paperwork...there are ALOT of conditions you must read and sign or initial to. but everyone was very nice, my son said Dr. Riaz was cool-.
Waited over an hour for a less than ten minute appointment. He barely asked any questions and gave me a prescription and shoved me out the door. Didn't seem very caring.
Awful. He was :45 late, never so much as apologized. I had a 1pm appointment and would have been made to wait at least :30. He was dressed in jeans and sneakers, and had a demeanor that did not inspire confidence. Total betrayal of trust.
He was very informative in explaining the diagnosis and medication needed.
I FEEL CONFIDENT HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING AND PRESCRIBING. HE WAS VERY NICE AND EASY TO TALK WITH.
Dr. Riaz listened well and understood everything I said. He was very nice and patient. I will definitely be returning monthly.
It was great I cried I was so happy .he understood me and my issue!!!
Before I was even able to see Dr Riaz I couldn't reach the office for two weeks cause the mail box was full then they called me and cancelled my appointment at 7pm the night before my appointment was supposed to be. It was very unprofessional. Dr Riaz was over two hours late leaving his entire waiting room completely full of patients waiting to see him.The doctor strolls in as if he has just been out to dinner and it was no big deal that he was running TWO hours behind. He did not take time to really go through my medical history but how could he with ten other people waiting to see him and it was already 8pm. I filled out my paper work online but they didn't have it saved so I had to fill it out again once I got to the office. Nothing about this doctor is worth going to.
Really professional, clean and safe office building. Sweet and friendly receptionist. Free snacks and coffee in waiting room. Validating and understanding doctor
Very flexible and understanding.
He was very attentive and cared about what I had to say!
Very personable, caring doctor.
The office was nice, it had a water cooler and coffee easily accessible to visitors. The wall decorations were tasteful and cheerful. Dr. Riaz was very pleasant and easy to talk to, we talked extensively for almost an hour about my problems, he was a great listener and really showed to be interested in helping. I would recommend.
Seemed like he wanted me out of the door as fast as possible, seemed disinterested in my emotional state and life. Prescribed me with pills that he said to take them if I wanted to, but they probably wouldn't help.
The Dr. seems to care, listens and is very easy to talk to. What's not to like?
He was very polite and didn't make me feel uncomfortable...being that I am a survivor of domestic violence ...I have extreme anxiety just knowing he was a male Psychiatrist .... But he made me feel better with his kind words and compassionate ??
