Jeffrey Fisher is an accomplished and experienced internist specializing in cardiology. Dr. Fisher provides excellent care to his patients in New York City. Dr. Fisher is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine to treat cardiovascular disease. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology, the American Medical Association, the American Heart Association, the American College of Physicians, the Society for Cardiac Angiography and Interventions, the American Federation for Medical Research, and the New York County Medical Society.
Dr. Fisher attended the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University to receive his medical degree. His postdoctoral training includes an internal medicine internship at the Bronx Municipal Hospital Center, where he also completed his internal medicine residency, as well as a cardiology fellowship at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Fisher is currently serving as a clinical professor of medicine at the Weill Medical College of Cornell University. He is also an attending physician with the New York-Presbyterian Hospital as well as providing cardiology services through his private practice, Cardiology Consultants in New York City.

I am very fortunate to have finally found a
Cardiologist that the time to have a patient understand exactly their condition..
Dr. Fisher takes his time, is compassionate with an approach lost in today's medical arena. He answers, advises and places one at ease, no matter your questions.
I call myself relentless, it pays off when you finally find the doctor who makes all the difference. My heart is lighter, my mind more relaxed, my plan of action prescribed by Dr. Fisher set giving me this new found hope. I had a wonderful first visit with Dr Fisher. He is undoubtedly a wonderful doctor and i can see why so many of his patients love him so. Dr Fisher is very patient, thorough and very on hands -some aspects which are hard to find nowadays. I am so glad to have found Dr. Fisher and am so lucky that he is still accepting new patients. I also need to thank Dr Fisher's nurse who also shares the same positive attributes. My visit was a great experience and i know i am in the best of hands when I see Dr. Fisher!!!

I would highly recommend Dr. Fisher. I visited Dr. Fisher for my annual checkup and to ask him about some pain I was having. Dr. Fisher is very knowledgeable and easy to get along with. He took his time with me and made sure to give a thorough examination. He carefully took my history, asked good questions and administered several tests. He listened to my questions and gave thoughtful responses.
When I left the office I felt that he had addressed all of my concerns as well as he could have. He gave me some good advice on ways to improve my health and specific ways to address the pain I was having.

Very knowledgeable specialist. A lot of experience in the field so you feel like you are in good hands. The nurse was uber efficient. I have Blue shield blue cross which is the only insurance that seems to pay doctors in a timely manner at the moment. If you have other insurance you might want to check with the office if you will have to pay in advance.

By far the most thorough, thoughtful, caring doctor--cardiologist or otherwise--I have seen in New York City.
Most importantly, Dr. Fisher is passionate about his profession. It is clearly his calling as he made me feel calm and appreciated (and this from a guy whose heart was not exactly feeling too hot).
I cannot recommend Dr. Fisher enough. I am lucky to have found him through ZocDoc.

Good bedside manner, excellent knowledge on the cause of my symptoms. I was able to get tested right away to determine a diagnoses. The office is well equipped to do EKG, Echocardiogram, blood work and stress test on the heart. The environment of the office is relaxing and comfortable.

I really liked the fact that he had the equipment to perform EKG, echogardiogram and the stress test...in one visit I got all done in under 2 hours instead of having to go to diagnostic centers and spend hours waiting...loved the convenience.
The donctor was very thorough and very hands on...he administered the echocardiogram and stress test himself and was very thorough and explained everything.

The decor of the office is immediately homely. His staff were friendly. Dr. Fisher himself was by far the best doctor I have seen in a long time. He is patient, friendly, a good sense of humour but moreover he cares.He is very thorough and I never felt rushed! He is very astute as he picked up on other ailments although I omitted to mention it.
