Verified Patient Reviews
She was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, answered questions, and explained what she was doing step by step (I was there for a Pap smear). She was very professional but human.
Felt a bit rushed by Dr. Barnwell on both my visits. Probably won't go back.
Jennifer was quick, yet thorough. She was easy to talk to, but didn't waste a lot of time on small-talk, which works for me. Her office was easy to schedule with. I was in the waiting room less than 5 minutes before I was called back. After the nurse took my vitals and such, it was only a few minutes before Jennifer came back. I was satisfied with my treatment, as well as the ease and speed.
Dr. Barnwell was very kind and helpful, she had an excellent bedside manner. Visiting this practice has been a very positive experience, I would not hesitate to recommend it to others.
Professional and theral.... No long wait
Dr. Barnwell was kind, timely, and made me feel at ease, even while I was somewhat of a nervous wreck. The office is quiet and clean, and the staff was so friendly. I would highly recommend this place!
Jennifer was great! Very eager to listen and help and I actually felt very included in my care. Would absolutely recommend.
Dr. Barnwell was attentive and asked A LOT of questions. She didn't jump to conclusions but instead wanted to explore. She genuinely wanted to get to the bottom of what was wrong and not jump to a false diagnosis. I have neve had a Dr. Take this much time. She is also friendly and engaged in non medical conversation which really put me at ease.
The doctor and staff are nice and professional. She doesn't waste time and listens to your concerns. The only downside is that you might you be spending more time than you expect there. The wait in the waiting room isn't too long but once you are in a room it might be fifteen or twenty minutes between being seen by the nurse and the doctor coming in.
