The visit was alright. Can't say I would recommend her again. Very cold and not personable whatsoever. I'm a nurse and I work with doctors and patients as a full time job; not sure what's so overwhelming or stressful about working in an office, but Dr. Allen was just too into her own world to even address my one concern.
I thought Dr. Allen listened and gave me her undivided attention.
Dr. Allen has a beautiful spirit she was able to gain my grandmothers trust in only a few mins from first meeting her. I know she is in good hands now that she has competent primary care doctor. Thank you Dr. Allen
This was my first visit with Dr Allen. She was courteous and professional. Her front desk staff took care of my daughter and I right away.
She was kind and to the point. She'll answer any questions you have but make you feel like she's your friend. I'm new to Tampa and had no one to refer me to a doctor so she is great for a new patient.
Dr. Allen came highly recommended and I see why! She listened to my concerns and was extremely professional. 10/10 would recommend!
Very good, professional yet friendly
Dr. Jeralyn Allen asked a lot of questions to get to know my medical history. She was open to answering all concerns that I had and gave me options. I appreciated that she spoke about a mix of treatments from eating habits and lifestyle choices, to antibiotics. I didn't want a doctor who would just prescribe pills and I found that with Dr. Allen.
Dr. Allen and the staff at the office were great.
Im a first time patient & I went in for an annual physical. Dr. Allen was okay... Her bedside manner is something to be left desired. She didn't really look at me when she introduced herself as she has as typing away at her laptop. Didn't really comfortable speaking with her. She has a very clinical demeanor. I was hoping to make her my primary doctor but after my visit, I'm not too sure. Wasn't a bad experience but it wasn't memorable one either. Kinda meh.
Dr. Allen Very Professional. Love it . I was loking for a good doctor. Just found one..
Very professional, tidy office. Medical assistance were very polite and concise with delivery.
I liked the doctor very much, but waited way too long to see her.
The professionalism displayed from the time of the apt to actually seeing Doctor Allen was great. They were courteous and attentive. Dr. Allen was professional and very informative.
Things seemed a little disorganized the whole time. I don't know if it was because new staff was on. But I was given the wrong paperwork to fill out. The new patient process is kind of slow. So I was there for a while. And the medical assistant didn't really know the processes her what she was doing. But Dr. Allen is very pleasant and very knowledgeable.
My visit was great. Dr. Allen listened and was very personable.
I really liked Dr. Allen. She was very professional, friendly and took the time to get to know me. However, I did not care for the staff - I thought they were very unprofessional and uncaring.
It went pretty good everyone was sweet and attentive had blood work done but had to get stuck with a needle 3 times . I'm going to assume that the girl was still training on phlebotomy and had a little bit of a hard time to get a good flow of blood running she tried twice and failed both times as her immediate supervisor was standing by coaching her making sure she was doing it correctly but she just couldn't get a nice flow so the supervisor took over and withdrew blood from the other arm and did it quickly. This doesn't upset me at all just because I know everyone has to start some where and she was pretty young only way you become good at something is to keep on trying but I have no bruising and no site marks so I'm very happy about that. I'm sure she will get it next time .
Wonderful experience, Dr. Allen was very professional and very informative. I haven't seen a pcp in years so I had a few concerns to address. She listened to everything I had to say, and didn't skip over anything or rush me out. I went to the Franklin St location and it was very clean and staff was also very friendly and helpful and I didn't have to wait.
Nice waiting room, friendly staff. Dr. Allen is very friendly. I read other reviews where people thought she didn't have good bedside manner, but I found the opposite. She has a funny, dry humor which might allow for folks to feel that way but she is genuinely warm and inviting. I highly recommend this Dr's office!
The wait was very reasonable, especially when you consider 15 minutes was me filling out new patient paperwork. I imagine the wait will be less next visit, as I saw other patients be taken back right away. Well organized, efficient office. My expectations of the Doctor, Dr. Allen, were exceeded. I'm glad I chose this doctors office.
Dr. Allen was very kind and professional.
The Dr and her staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I would recommend to a friend. But I am happy with my choice.
It took a long time to get checked in
The location was a little run down from the outside, but SO NICE inside! They had really comfy couches and even a Kuring on site. I was taken into an exam room right away (which was totally adorable and way better than any other I've ever been in), and seen by Dr. Allen within 5 minutes. She was very patient, and was very thorough when going through my medical history. When we eventually spoke about non-medical life situations, she was really charming and very understanding. I was looking for a female doctor similar to myself, and I am confident I have found my ideal PCP. I can't say enough how relieved I am to have tried Dr. Allen.
very attentive. easy to talk to, she was caring and open to hearing me out. like anyone who doesn't want to go to the doctors, she had made my experience worth it. I highly recommend her!
She spent ample time with me but was not a very happy person. Flat affect overall.
She was very friendly
Dr. Allen was very kind and straight forward. I felt like she was truly concerned with my well being. She answered all my questions and made me feel quite comfortable. I'll be happy to return.
Very professional, and attentive. Will recommend her to everyone.
The guy at the front desk was very nice and very prompt. Made sure I got my paperwork done and that I was seen on time ( I was late trying to find the office, not from here). As far as Dr. Allen, I didnt find her very welcoming (I'm a new patient). She was able to diagnose and treat me, but I didn't find her very friendly. I am currently looking for a new doctor.
The visit was okay. Comfortable office and ladies behind desk were accommodating. Not sure on the treatment diagnosis yet but will know in a few days. The MD was professional and easy to talk to.
The facility was dirty and the dr Allen talked to me for only a few mins, barely examined me and wrote me a prescription. The equipment they used was out dated and they didn't even use charts to take notes on me! Extremely unprofessional and I will never go back.
Extremely professional, punctual, and welcoming. I felt like she really listened to me and made sure no leaf was left unturned! She's awesome.
The waiting time makes a difference in a visit. As a first time patient you're expected to come a little early to fill out paper work. Waiting for more than an hour is unsatisfactory to me. However, once seeing the doctor she was very personable and made me feel very comfortable. The staff was professional as well.
More than expected.
I scheduled a visit ti get an annual check up, which you would think a bloodwork would be included, but prior to arriving, my appointment was not confirmed by zoc doc, and the front desk did not check with my insurance company if they would cover my blood work. But shouldnt that have been done prior to my appointment, if they would've received the confirmation. So, now I have to reschedule another appointment for bloodwork, and request more time off from work. Not ro mention the doctor acted more uncomfortable doing the pap exam, which made me uncomfortable. I will never visit them again. I will stick to my primary care doctor and ob gyn; even if, they do not accept my insurance. Nevertheless, I will not ever use zoc doc.
Friendly staff, no wait, very thorough.
Dr Allen was pleasant and very professional!
She is awesome hands down!!
