Dr. Au makes me feel comfortable, and confident, with her diagnosis, procedures and advise. It strikes me she is very smart and articulates effectively when dispensing clinical information. The entire staff, like Dr. Au, are personable and focused on patient care.
Dr Au was great. Really gave me a thorough examination and helped me understand what was going on with my foot pain.
Dr. Au has a wonderful demeanor, is very tolerant of multiple questions and makes sure you feel confident your questions were fully answered. I left extremely confident in both my proposed treatment options and to have my care managed by Dr. Au. ????
Doctor Au was friendly, professional, and caring. She showed genuine concern for my well-being.
Best experience ever
Nice office and friendly staff. Doctor was patient and knowledgeable.
I am really impressed with this doctor. She actually seems like a human being, which is rare I find, but she is totally competent and professional. She is attentive, caring, and makes me feel very at ease while addressing all my concerns.
Dr. Au continues to be amazing! Chronic back pain is scary and painful. Dr. Au has made both the pain and fear abate!
Dr. Au was thorough with my consultation, plus open and attentive to my questions. Yes, she does speak fast, but she was very clear in her diagnosis and I think if a patient were to ask her to slow down she would happily oblige. I'm planning on seeing Dr. Au for my follow up appointment.
The wait time is outrageous Staff on the way out was not helpful. I don't get why they won't get preauthorization for MRI if I don't go to the facility they are affiliated with. I have to go to my family dr to get one.
This was my second visit with Dr. Au. Both appointments have been beyond amazing! After a frustrating year with a severely painful condition that seemed resistant to treatment, Dr. Au has already made a huge difference in my rehabilitation. At my last appointment, Dr. Au took the time to really discuss and explain the underlying cause of my pain. I really cannot express how grateful I am to have Dr. Au as a doctor! That said, I can firmly state that Dr. Au has the hands of an angel when it comes to trigger point injections. If there was a "like" button option, I would be clicking it over and over again! As someone with multiple chronic illnesses, I have a handful of doctors. But, in my wildest dreams, I never thought I would find a doctor as amazing, SMART, and kind as Dr. Au! Before meeting Dr. Au, I anticipated being in chronic pain for the rest of my life...now, I am feeling confident that I will get my flexibility back, my pain-free body back, my ability to run a marathon back, my life as a dancer back, my healthy "back: back, and my life back. I can't wait to return to being the fun, fit, happy bouncy person that I am underneath this blanket of chronic pain. Also, the front office staff is absolutely AWESOME! As far as wait time, I can barely get my coat off before I am called in for my appointment. I know how challenging dealing with some front of the office staff can be, but this is a front office staff that simply ROCKS!
Dr. Au was a good communication. She took thorough notes on my ailment and prescribed certain tests to diagnose my condition. One of which was done by a neurologist at her office. If required physical therapy is available at their office.
Dr Au is great. Excellent at giving trigger point injections as well as other more complicated procedures, but I've been for trigger point before and never this good. Very nice, personable; wonderful bedside manner. Office wait is a little long, but worth it and not too bad if you know what you're in for.
She is professional, and knows her stuff. Talks very fast though, made me feel rushed at times. I guess you will love her if you like an "intensive 5 minutes doctor visit". I personally would prefer the other way.
Great bedside manner, very thorough and approachable. Highly recommended.
It was great Dr Au is terrific. I am so happy that I followed her from Her last practice. She will always be my pain management Doctor.
Staff was accommodating and pleasant. The doctor took time to listen and asked questions and explained her treatment plan. The office is in a busy area with difficulty parking but once upstairs itis a beautiful space.
Dr. Au is very well-informed and while she gets right to the point of the patient's condition and suggested treatment, I didn't feel rushed at all.
Dr. Au is highly professional and did a great job of understanding and explaining my problem.
