She’s so great, I’m so glad I found her. I moved to Austin and there are so many doctors, but it’s nice that Zocdoc made it easy to find great physician and schedule an appointment. Very satisfied with doctor, visit, whole experience.
Dr. Rubino was one of the kindest and most helpful doctors that I have ever seen. I am traveling for a few months and she researched all of the different meds and shots that I would be needing. She gave helpful advice and was very down to earth. I was seen immediately and waited for only a few minutes in my room.
I love love love this practice! I was looking for a GP for a while and I'm so glad I found this one. Really efficient, quick, and welcoming place.
My appointment was rescheduled to the following day so I didn’t see Dr. Rubino. The doctor I was seeing didn’t know she was scheduled so everyone waited for about 45 minutes. The staff was kind and very apologetic
I have been to 5 different specialists and doctors in the last month and a half... Dr. Rubino was the first one who sat there and listened to what I was saying and actually made a plan instead of just writing me off. I finally have hope that we are going to find out what is wrong with me!
Wonderful doctor! Can’t wait to come back
Really fun staff, kept me going when I was feeling terrible. I felt very comfortable and was in and out without a lot of waiting in between! Definitely recommend!
This was my first visit to Dr. Rubino. She was quick and friendly and professional and non-judgmental.
Got me in fast but wasn't able to help me with anything I asked or even really offer an opinion. I was pretty disappointed and I felt like what I was asking for was completely ignored. As if I don't know what I've tried already.
Never had a doctor who listens fully to take care of all your needs and concerns. First visit was awesome & I'm hopeful about this doctor. Great doctor's office & friendly staff.
Dr Rubino is kind and understanding. She is well informed and takes your individual symptoms into consideration.
Kind and knowledgeable doctor and staff who made me feel at ease and cared for
Dr Rubino is very personable, and addressed all my concerns
Excellent in every way. Discussed very personal and sensitive issues but felt at ease and reassured after my visit! Highly recommend!!!
Great doctor, always listens
Doc is very nice and really listenes to you . She addressed all my concerns and ill definitely go back to her. One thing that was a bit frustrating was the wait time. I waited 45 - 50 min till the doctor saw me, when all my paperwork was already filled out.
I am blown away with how EASY it was to book this appointment. Seriously more people need to learn about ZocDoc. I had an urgent concern come up, and honestly expected I was going to have to visit the ER on my next day off to be able to have diagnostics done right away, but I was wrong. Dr. Rubino's office had plenty of availability. She was quick and to the point with what I came in for. I will be returning to her practice next month for her to manage both my Gyn and Psych health needs as well. This will be so nice to be able to see one doctor.
She was very personable and down to esrth. Very easy to talk to!
Dr Rubino was great - super professional and really easy to talk to. The office was a little difficult to find (my GPS took me up the street to a printing place?), but once you get there it's generally a pleasant experience, which I don't often get to say about going to the doctor ?
Much better than I expected.
I've never had a PCP in Austin, but this visit definitely changes my mind about that. I felt extremely comfortable with Dr. Rubino, and she seemed genuinely interested in my concerns. She offered me several options, along with pros and cons of each. Warm, knowledgeable, and efficient. Would give six stars, if possible.
shes an amazing she totally makes you feel comfortable and listenes very carefully to your needs. i absolutely love having her for my doctor and i would recommend her to anyone i care about.
Dr. Rubino was helpful, considerate, and paid attention to concerns. The appointment was quick, but thorough, and all in all provided a great patient experience!
Sweet, helpful and on top of her game!
This was my first time visit: dr. Rubino is friendly, clear in her explanations and very knowledgable.
She is an excellent and sensitive doctor!!!
She was great. She listened to me and really took her time. I found my new doctor in Austin!
By far the best experience at a doctor's office ever. Very homey office and efficient staff. Glad to have a primary physician in Austin!
Dr. Rubino took the time to take my medical history into account even though it was my first time visiting. She advocated for me and had excellent bedside manner.
It was a good visit. I am looking for a new primary care physician and I think I've found her. Wait was 10 minutes total and the doctor came in right away after the nurse took vitals.
