DO NOT GO HERE. The office staff is either incompetent or trying to scam you out of money. I am typically the sort of person to give people the benefit of the doubt, but I cannot make anymore excuses for the gross incompetencies this office displayed. Dr. Grant was lovely - she was very nice and I enjoyed her, but her staff makes it so I will NEVER go back. First, they moved my 9am appt to 8am which was fine, I agreed to it. They told me to arrive 15 minutes early. I was at their office by 7:40AM and no one was there. I had to wait outside the office for half an hour until one of the staff sauntered up at 8:15 to unlock it. So I waited half an hour for them to be 15 minutes late to an appointment change THEY made. Then I was left waiting in the lobby until 9am anyways - for my 8am appointment. But that's not the reason I'm leaving such a terrible review. They billed my Well Woman visit as a physical, which caused my insurance to refuse to pay for it because I'd already had a physical. When I called insurance about this, they said they couldn't do anything unless the doctor's office changed the billing code. The insurance agent called them with me on the line to ask them politely to change it and the office staff HUNG UP ON HIM. They told him I was fully aware it was a physical while I was there - considering they didn't draw my blood or do ANY of the typical elements of a physical (checking reflexes, thyroids, etc) and they DID do a well woman exam that was obviously untrue. I made it very clear it was a Well Woman visit from when I made the appointment to when I left. So I called to talk to their office manager about the mistake. They just gave me the run around for a while as they continued to say they simply COULDN'T change the billing code. This never got resolved and I ended up having to pay fraudulent charges because otherwise it'd go to collections and tank my credit score. I cannot warn you enough. DO NOT GO HERE. They will make you wait two hours only to incorrectly code something, behave rudely on the phone, and refuse to fix THEIR mistake.
