Dr. Alexander showed genuine care and professional concern for my resident. He was very patient and excersised all measures to ensure all bases were covered.
Very pleased thanks for working me in
I only wish thatDr. Alexander could help me. He was very kind. THank you very much, everyone was so nice.
He was very Thurrell , went above and beyond what I came for! An I thank him fir being a great professional!!! There's not too many good ones left!
I have seen this dr several times now and I am always impressed by him. He is very knowledgeable of his field and listens to my concerns and answers my questions. I recommend him to anybody I know looking for an ENT dr
He was thorough and thoughtful.
I thought Dr. Alexander was very attentive and showed concern for the chronic problem I am having. He is treating my situation and will be re evaluating me in a week. The office staff was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this practice.
Very friendly knowledge staff who took time with me, Dr. Joel was also friendly and knowledgeable but felt a little rushed.
I've been a patient of Dr. Alexander's for 20 years now. He has performed two surgeries on my sinuses. Love Mary in the office!
He's understand my situation with my daughter. How she couldnt sleep nor play in activities, because she was having trouble with getting enough air to her lungs. He also explained to my daughter, that it's common and she don't have to be scared, she'll feel better after surgery. Now she can't wait, to feel better. That puts a smile on my face. It gave her hope!
I called the office the day before because I was out of town and needed an appointment as emergency for ear discomfort. They worked me in and was courteous with smiles and patience. Lydia J.L.
Dr. Joel Alexander is a very kind and amazingly accurate doctor with his medical diagnosis. Dr. Alexander's medical skills are wonderful and very much appreciated. Thank you Dr. Alexander! Althea O.
Dr. Alexander was very kind and thorough, and he addressed my concerns. The nurses were kind and attentive, and there was no wait time at all when I had my appointment. I would HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone. A rare gem!
I know he's the doctor and does not MAKE his appointments, but the wait time was 1hour 10 min. AND when I met with him he relayed information to me that could have been relayed on the telephone. His non-verbal communication skills agreed with me on that matter. Doctors are suppose to be about health but his office still has not called me about my breathing device to help me sleep better and reduce my chance of Stroke. He may be a great doctor but right now I'm not impressed with his support staff.
I love him. He is so great at what he does. His staff are nice and professional. I always look forward to my appointments because I love to get his feedback on moving forward with what's best for my future health because he is just as concerned as I am. Thank you all so much for many successful appointments with me as well as my family.
VERY thorough hearing tests by Dr. Golden and check by Dr. Alexander BUT they are really struggling with new patient system. Waited a few minutes over an hour to be seen this morning and that was a rescheduled appt. from last week when I arrived with appt card in hand but they did not have me on the schedule. No one should wait an hour ... even us retired people - our time is really valuable!!
I enjoyed almost every minute of my visit, except for the painful part! Can't wait till next time!
I was very impressed with the whole staff. It was my first visit there. I live 45 miles away and looking forward to coming back. Thank you all.
Had a great visit, Dr Alexander is very personable. I am already starting to feel better.
The visit was good he gave me some new things to try for my problem. He seem to no what he's doing I like that. Will be back again
I HAD A 0900 APPT AND WAS IN A ROOM BY 0905. VERY PROFESSIONAL IN ALL REGARDS.
He was very nice. Unfortunately my medical needs are far more complicated than his services can provide but he was nice enough to refer me out to get the best care I needed.
Over all good
Very pleasant. Easy to talk to. Liked him.
I was most impressed with the entire operation, and would easily recommend him to anyone who might ask...mine was a minor emergency and it was handled quickly, professionally, and hopefully the process was successful...time will tell. The office, and all involved, get an "A" (I'm a college professor, who gives out few "A's"
He is my son's ENT Dr. and has been for year's. He is very knowledgeable, respective and nice. We just love him.
Questions was asked that releate to my sleeping problem and the doctor came in and spoke to me.
He's a great diagnostician and easy to talk with!
I arrived for an appointment on time, and had to wait 1 hour and 25 min. before being seen. After which I expressed my issue with the wait time. Having to take off work and the sheer disrespect of my time. He provided no response. He brought another person into the room and did not mention who she was or why she had to be in the room for my treatment or even if I were comfortable with her being in the room. Also, during my meeting he was absolutely not concerned in his response to me regarding my care. It was take it or leave it. I have seen him more than three times for the exact same problem and really feel uncomfortable at this point with his treatment. He recently performed surgery on the very issue that I am being treated for again, He should have known or been able to ratify this issue because of the length of time that he has treated me for this issue.
Overall everything went well
It was great he let what was wrong and not just say it's nothing wrong.
He's very responsive & genuine. The staff was nice & friendly. I will follow up for my return visits!
Very nice and informative...I would recommend...
My experience was one that I shall remember always. The entire staff that assisted me were just magnificent in every way. They brought me back to better health. I was very sick. Thank you Dr.Alexander so very much. And a special thanks to you Mrs.Mary.
I was VERY disappointed after untimely feelback/follow-up on a prescribed procedure. No results after several months was a tremendous blow to my confidence in Dr. Joel and staff.
I had a / ventilation / PE tube put in my right ear today and I now have significantly reduced hearing/muffled sound. Is this a short term effect of the procedure, or will my hearing be like this until the tubes are removed? Human speech now sounds muffled and background noises seem excessively loud. I have to turn the TV volume up a good bit to hear it clearly. I’d rather have the congested feeling than the diminished hearing. The tube are to treat eustation tube dysfunction that was causing a sensation of chronic ear congestion –/ fullness always having to “pop” or clear my ears. My right eardrum was significantly retracted. There was no fluid in my ears, no infection, and my hearing tested normal for my age (42). whatever he did to my right side affected my left ear. Sad thing about it he claim he don't no what Im talking about. He claims no one ever had that feeling after a tube placements and I no thats not true because the ladies at the front desk told me that people have came back and complained about the same thing as I. Alexander, Joe have a non-chalant attitude which makes me feel like he is not concern or care abour his patients. He didnt even give me hope. Stay away from this guy, if you need tubes in the ear.
He has a nice, professional even toned personality. He is very focused on your needs and concerns. He is thorough, quick and very intelligent. You leave as a very satisfied patient and not empty and confused like with most other doctors. He even saw my 4yr old for his sinus issues and he was completely the same way with him. I truly enjoy Dr. Alexander as my ENT as well as his warm, sweet, quick, intelligent and professional staff. Thank you for making patients feel like complete priority when they visit your office. Thank you so much :)
I was not happy when I went to Dr. Alexander. He kept forgetting what meds he wanted to prescribe and never paid attention to the initial medication list that I gave so he prescribed 2 other meds for something I was already being treated by my primary physician. Dr. Alexander has good bedside manners however he is a very forgetful doctor even though he makes notations. I was not impressed with him as a doctor.
