Easy, informative appointment. 4 stars because i havent seen progress yet (i just started his process). I have knee problems and I appreciate him giving me PT exercises to do at home first and not gauging me for money telling me i need to come in for them.

Dr Garay was very professional, understanding and friendly. He was very thorough with my patient history and examination, and talked me through my back issues and possible routes of treatment. He also reviewed my x-rays as soon as they came back, and a nurse called to let me know his diagnosis instantly. I was completely relieved by the experience and would certainly visit again!

I really liked Dr. Garay. He was friendly and dedicated enough time to address my concerns and talk through my injury One thing to note: His front office staff is truly awful. When I got there, they were very disorganized and showed up late. Very annoying when you're intentionally the first appointment of the day! At the end of the appointment, his staff added an extra zero to the end of my copay charge. Thankfully I noticed but it had to be reversed. Weeks later, someone from his office followed up with me to tell me they couldn't give me a prescription since it had been "too long" after seeing the doctor. After arguing, it was cleared up. In summary: Recommend the doctor but the practice is a hassle

Dr. Garay is so nice! Most doctors in NYC are very fast and quick to get you out of there but Dr. Garay takes his time and genuinely cares about your concerns. I do have to say, the receptionist was quite rude and I later found out she was the front desk manager. All in all, I highly recommend Dr. Garay. He's personable, considerate, and very knowledgeable

He was very thorough and had enough time to listen to my problems and walk me through his thinking on the diagnosis. I didn't feel rushed at all. He was very good about being realistic in what outcomes were possible, and was very good about giving me treatments that were easily obtained over the counter or stretching exercises i can do at home, rather than expensive treatments/prescriptions/etc. Doctor was great to work with. Office staff is disorganized, double booking him for a time slot, and not even being aware that the doctor was running almost an hour behind schedule!
Dr. Garay and his staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Appreciate that they can fit patients in right away, especially in case of emergencies. Just wish they had the ability to take images onsite.
This is my second time treating with Dr. Garay for unrelated injuries. By far it is one of the most positive medical visits I ever have to make. The staff is pleasant and friendly and the wait is nonexistent. I hate the injuries but like that this is my option to treat.
