I had a 2pm appointment on a weekday. Saw me right away, got an X-Ray. Was out of there in about 30 min. Doctor was nice and helpful.

Very efficient and professional. Save yourself a couple minutes before your appointment and don't bother with filling out the ZocDoc check in when you schedule your appointment though, they do it all on paper in the office.

Not too long of a wait but did arrive early and wasn't until 30 min after my appointment time. Everyone very nice. Very short meeting with Dr. Gordon - not a lot of time to ask questions.

Office was run very efficiently A patient should not be asked to wait in a room for over 30 minutes for the doctor without someone coming in to update the patient I think it was 1 1/2 hours of waiting for 7 minutes of a doctor

He took 30 seconds with me at her office. Diagnose was accurate which I think is the most important but attention could be better.

What a nightmare. The doctor was great. He seemed to know what was going on, and wanted to help me. Everything else was a disaster. They did not understand insurance (I didn't need approval for a procedure, but let's call and ask around anyway); the equipment they tried to have me leave with was not covered by insurance (an elbow sleeve that they stated, only after I asked, was three figures. They also, hilariously, did not have one that fit me. They said it should be OK anyway? I got one at Kmart for almost nothing); they scheduled appointments for the doctor's lunch hour ("Oh you're back? The Dr. is on lunch and it'll be at least an hour"); and the only time I got a solid answer ("Actually we don't need to make a call for your insurance, you can get that CT scan right away...") was after I had left. Got there at 11:51 for an appointment and I just got back into my office six blocks away. Looney Tunes. I'm actually debating finding a new primary care doctor as well because he referred me and I'm furious.

Booking an appointment with Dr. Gordon on Zocdoc couldn't be easier, and, upon confirmation, I was sent forms to print out and bring with me, which saved me time at the office. Friendly staff and comfortable waiting room.

I have been seeing Dr. Gordon for various orthopedic ailments for over 10 yrs., including Achilles tendon surgery. He is extremely knowledgeable and willing to share info if asked, but doesn't do much hand-holding. The fact that I have been seeing him for so long means 2 things: I get hurt a lot, and I think very highly of him as a professional. Highly recommended! BTW, the surgery went very well.

I was very disappointed. The people that work in his office are very unprofessional. I waited a long time to be seen. The paperwork that I competed on ZocDoc couldn't be found, and I had to do it over again. The first nurse that see me, did not know how to input the information into the computer, and halfway through, after he already left the room several times to ask for help...he said to me "I truly apologize. I have other things to do. Somebody else will be with you shortly to help out." I sat waiting for a while before anybody acknowledged me. After that I was sent downstairs for X-rays where I had to wait again. Once the doctor saw me, he was with me for 3 minutes and basically told me he doesn't know what wrong. When questions were asked, he seemed to be annoyed. I would not recommend this doctor or his practice. I will not be going there again. I advise you to find another practice to help you.

Visit with the doctor was fine. His front office was terrible. They are disorganized and took forever to return my call. I had a serious shoulder injury that it took them 3 weeks just to return my repeated calls and schedule an MRI for.

It' was okay but the waiting was horrible: I waited in the waiting area for 40mns and in the waiting room 25 minutes and the Doctor spent 3 minutes with me then go for an other Patient. It's just horrible.

Just as another reviewer said, the doc was ok..nice enough guy, but the wait time was horrible and the worst part was the fact they made some kind of mistake sending my prescription to the pharmacy across the street. I went there and they said they didn't see any prescription in their system. I tried to call the office, but no one answered. I decided to go across the street and back up to the Docs office and saw that the whole office was eplty. the staff was having a meeting and no one was at the phones. So i called out, a staff member finally came out and asked what the issue was. I told her, she went back to Dr. Gordon to ask him to send the prescription again. The assured me that the medicine would be ready now, so i went back to the pharmacy and still no drugs. I then decided that I was going to call them, put my headphones in and just let it ring until they got so annoyed that they would have to pick up the phone. After about 15 minutes or ringing, the assistant finally picked up the phone, asked me to hold (Remember, i was in an empty office 5 minutes ago, there was no reason to put me on hold) After 5 more minutes on hold, they just hung up on me. Not being a quitter, I decided to ring them again, this time for about 10 minutes. and Finally! a human being on the other end that might actually help me get the medicine that I went there for in the first place. She told me for the 3rd time that the doctor sent the prescription again, yet... it wasn't there. I would suggest that you avoid this doctor like the plague.

Dr. Gordon was nice and I don't have anything bad to say about him. My complaints are more about the experience overall. The good news was I was able to get an appointment the day of- while most other doctors wouldn't be able to fit me in until the next week. However, the wait was extremely long, the staff wasn't very friendly, I was asked the same questions multiple times because their system broke down, and the prescription was written incorrectly. When I got to the pharmacy after leaving the doctors office, my pharmacist tried to contact the office due to an illegible and incorrect prescription- but was told they were closed. She called a few more times and got through and was told they would page the doctor, and they didn't hear back. Now I'm without the pain meds I needed.

Dr. Gordon was professional and to-the-point. However, the wait time to see him was RIDICULOUS. I waited almost 2 hours before the cold, unfriendly person at the front desk told me I needed to go downstairs and get x-rays. This could've been done while waiting. That session took another 25 minutes to be seen, then x-rays, then back up to finally see Dr. Gordon. The Dr. and I spent about 5 minutes together. The waiting was a complete abuse of my time. Why schedule appointments if you don't stick to the time? An A for the Dr., an F for the front desk.

My visit with Dr. Gordon was pleasant and informative. I didn't feel rushed during my visit and my visit didn't take all day. Dr. Gordon didn't mind taking a few extra minutes to explain my issue. I was greeted with smiles from the staff. The staff was helpful and friendly.
