This was my first visit to Dr. Gordon. His staff was very professional and friendly, I was a new patient but didn't have to wait long. After going into the exam room an assistant came in and took all my informationand he came in 5 minutes later. I was very happy with my visit to Dr. Gordon's office and plan on seeing him again.

Jonathan Gordon and the rest of the staff were wonderful! Everything went smoothly despite my appointment not going through properly and running late because of traffic and almost being dropped off at the wrong address. I felt well taken care of and am looking forward to my follow up appointment!

It was fine. There was just five minutes' wait after the appointment time, and he came in promptly and examined me, ordered the test necessary to confirm the diagnosis and provided me with medication to ease the symptoms.

Doctor saw me for all of 3 minutes. Did not have the timeline of my injury, which he got from his assistant who saw me first, correct. Was dismissive when I attempted to clarify. Did not explain my X-Rays. Told meto do some physical therapy, come back in 4 weeks if the pain did not subside, and that was it. Very disappointing.

I have been seeing Dr. Gordon for 15 yrs. I recommend him and his professional staff to anyone that needs an orthopedic surgeon. I was able to get an appointment the next day and my wait time was maybe 15 minutes. My visit with my long time doctor is always a pleasant one.

I came in to see Dr. Gordon for a prescription for physical therapy for a sprained ankle, so there wasn't a whole lot to diagnose, but he was pleasant and professional, as was the whole staff. They were thorough - tookx-rays and everything, just in case - and things progressed relatively quickly once I got all the paperwork filled out. I'd recommend!

I was super happy. My appointment was quick and efficient. I arrived, checked in, they sent me downstairs for an X-ray, I came back up and only waited a short time before seeing the Doctor. From when I entered to whenI left was one hour. The Doctor was very nice and seemed thorough in his examination. He asked questions quickly but I didn’t feel rushed. I felt like he appreciated that his patients do not want to spend all day at the doctors office. He clearly articulated a plan for moving forward. I didn’t have any questions but I would have felt comfortable asking if I did. I would see doctor Gordon again.

As others have pointed out - the doctor appears to be rushing through patients without much in depth into the problems. You need to proactively explain what, when and how and ask questions, otherwise appointment would have been over in under two minutes

Got an MRI and had to call ten times and still no results. Had to book an appointment to even get my results. He Saw me for two seconds told me I had a laberal hip tear and I couldn’t workoutanymore. Then when I called for more information the receptionist said he doesn’t take calls for patients because he is a Milwaukee Buck’s doctor.

No bedside manners at all. He came into the room, barely introduced himself, and gave me no solutions to my problem. Barely even tried to figure out what was happening to me and I felt very disregarded. I knew the appointmentwas over when he just got up and left the room without even saying goodbye. The strangest doctor’s visit I have ever had. Waste of my time and insurance money.

I see that others complain that he is fast and doesn't spend a lot of time with patients. I can see how they might think that, however, it doesn't appear to be carelessness. Seems like it's more decisive and competence that is being confused.

This was the most efficient Dr's office I've ever been to. The staff was SO friendly and I was seen right away. I even had to get x-rays, which was conveniently downstairs, and had no wait time for that. Dr. Gordonhimself was really friendly and clear. He didn't keep me waiting and had a great bed side manner. I never felt rushed like I have with other doctors. I really appreciated this doctor's office. My appt took about a half hour, xrays and all!
