Overall it was an unpleasant experience. First of all, the front desk gave me a paper questionnaire to fill. I think most of the information was already sent to them through Zocdoc, but I had to write it on paper again. Then he charged me the copay. It was the first time I paid before seeing a doctor. After a long wait, the doctor's assistant asked me to enter a room and started to "interrogate" me regarding the health history of me and my family, which made me feel uncomfortable. I wish they could have let me fill a questionnaire instead. Then here came the doctor. He took a look at my symptoms and immediately decided the prescription. Maybe he is so experienced that it is apparent to him, but I still think a test would be necessary to determine the cause of my problem. read more

Dr. Trager is an excellent dermatologist. He was kind, friendly, informative and he quickly addressed my skin issues. I highly recommend him and I will definitely go back to him with all of my future skin concerns. Btw, the office, waiting area, examination room, and the restroom were immaculately clean and brand new.read more

The office atmosphere was inviting. Walls are decorated with really nice artwork and plenty of books and magazines plus a TV. The wait was not long at all. Waited about 20 minutes to be seen while completing lite paperwork for 1st time patient. The staff were professional and pleasant. Dr. Trager and his assistant made me feel comfortable discussing my skin issue. They took the time to listen and were engaged. My options for treatment were discussed and I opted to get an in office treatment to get to the route of the problem instead of being prescribed medication which would have only dealt with the surface and prolong resolving the issue. Glad I came in. Will be following up in one month.read more
