The doctor spent at most five minutes with me. He was dismissive of my concerns and the whole examination felt very rushed. The office made me give my credit card information and sign a form saying that anything not covered by my insurance would be charged to my credit card. I've been to a lot of doctors and this is the first time I've ever seen something like this. I was told that this is Dr. Ramani's policy and that he will only see patients if they signed the form. I certainly didn't feel like my health and wellness was a priority with him. Zocdoc is sure very hit or miss. I'll post an updated review once I get my bill and see what has been charged to my credit card.

Stopped by Dr.Ramani's office for the first time and I must say, he is the best doc I have seen in years. He listened to all of my symptoms, asked questions and didn't rush the process. I will certainly be back in the future.

As a first time used of ZocDoc and a first time patient of Dr. Ramani, I wasn't sure what to expect. I had a 12:45pm appointment. I arrive to the office at 12:40pm and my paperwork was already done because I did it online. I was with the nurse at 12:45pm exactly for blood pressure, weight and height. I was with Dr. Ramani at 12:49pm. I couldn't believe there was no wait at all! Dr. Ramani was very profession and had a warm personality. He was very open to answering all of my questions, and was good at explaining everything he was doing. I felt very comfortable. I had to get blood drawn too, and that was on a different floor. I was nervous because I don't particularly enjoy getting blood drawn. The lab was empty, and the lady who did the procedure was very nice. The chair was comfortable, and I was NOT rushed out of the door after, which was nice. I was able to sit until I felt okay to leave. Overall, my experience was better than I could have imagined. The facility was clean, bright, and inviting. All staff were professional and kind. I would recommend to anyone, and will for sure be making Dr. Ramani my go-to doctor!

Annual physical - quick and efficient. Lab was upstairs, so went there right after. No wait time at the lab. Whole process was nothing out of the ordinary. Just a normal physical.

I went to see Dr. Ramani because I was having sleep issues. I knew that the sleep issues were a symptom of anxiety and wanted to discuss options with Dr. Ramani, but he hardly listened to me and did nothing to help ease my fear or anxiety - just tried to push me out the door with a prescription for a sleep drug.

I've been a patient of Dr. Ramani's for a few years now and he's consistent across the board. His bedside manner is always impeccable. He actually listens to his patents and provides honest solutions an/or explanations. His staff are polite and very well-mannered as well. The only change this year that I didn't care too much for was they no longer take your blood in his office, but rather you have to go to an upstairs lab. It's not too much trouble, but I'd prefer everything done in one spot to make things go quicker. But all in all I will continue to be a patient of Dr. Ramani's practice.

I loved this Dr. Ramani and the staff for the past few years, but something changed for my last visit. I went in for a general checkup and wanted some basic STD tests as a part of it. He only saw me for a few minutes, then I was sent away to a random lab on another floor for my bloodwork. I then got a pin code to get my results, but the code didn't work. I couldn't get a response for that code to work when I emailed the staff as they probably had a typo for my verification phone number. Then, I got slapped with a very, very high lab fee when the general checkup should have been covered by my insurance. Something changed about their setup and agreement for lab work that increases the risk of insurance not covering your general checkup lab results. I called to complain and they suggested I call the lab bargain the price down. I decided not to, paid the fee, and more than a month after they charged my card, the lab sent me another bill saying I'm overdue as if I never paid it. Sadly, after all of this I can never return nor recommend others do.

The wait time was about 5 minutes. Been to many doctors before, and that was probably the quickest check-in process. Front desk was professional, friendly and quick. Dr. Ramani was friendly but asked questions without making me feel like I'm the most unhealthy person in the world.
