Dr. Jafri is personable, attentive and accessible. I was so happy with my experience at his office.
Very professional, my appointment was at 11a and they took me at 10:50a. Doctor Jafri was friendly and informative. I would recommend him for any ENT issues.
Dr. Jafri was great. He was very assuring and informative about my visit. He answered any questions I had. The staff was also very kind and gentle. I would recommend anyone to him.
Super solid. Seemed to be speeding through the appointment but I still felt mostly well cared for!
Waited less than two minutes in waiting room and less than two minutes in patient room. Nice and efficient in getting work done.
He is awesome but his office assistants suck. I had a CT Scan & now trying to find out the results and cant get to anyone. The phone rings and goes to VM. In scheduling the CT Scan - Dr Jafri told me his office would call me to let me know where and when. That didnt happen. Instead I had to call them and now Im calling them to let them know it happened and ask when will I know my results. Its beyond ridiculous. Again - He is AWESOME. His Staff sucks!
Dr. Jafri gave me thorough and appropriate follow-up information, explained test results clearly, great bedside manner. Would definitely recommend.
Dr. Jafri and this staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr. Jafri answered all my questions about tonsillitis and felt comfortable with his recommendations. I would recommend him to anyone.
The wait was a bit long (~25 min), but Dr. Jafri was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough! I went to see two ENT's in the past, and he was the first to really pin my symptoms to something and give me the right tests. I recommend!
He was so pleasant (a rarity among doctors!). I would go back and see him without a doubt!
The office should request a medical history before the visit.
Dr. Jafri was amazing! I told him my symptoms and he asked some questions and ran tests on me right away. Very easy appointment and I am glad I went to see him. Thanks, Dr Jafri!
